Hi. I loved this suitcase but the zipper broke on my second use and now i want a refund. Or it fixed. Not sure what to do? Otherwise i love it so much. But now i cant use it?

This is exactly what you want for a carryon bag. Hard shell. Room inside. All 4 wheels seem durable. Nice looking.

First trip, wheel broke off. Very disappointed. The sizes were great and they rolled great through the airport at first so I was very hopeful they would be great. But when I got the large bag in baggage claim on the way home the wheel was broken and I had a terrible time getting it to the car.
