Dents easily but they will pop out. Just annoying.

I purchased the set for a long cruise. They performed good but I prefer the soft side luggage. The soft side has easier pack ability.

Overall this product feels fairly sturdy. However, the extendable handle feels flimsy and gets stuck when trying to retract it.

Love the color, lightness and compact size of this suitcase. Its just a fun and pretty suitcase for personal and business travel. That said, I have to physically pick up the suitcase to roll over big bumps when I have a workbag or backpack on top, because it feels unstable when I roll it across (wheels are small) and the bag inevitably falls off if its not secured on super tightly. One star off for maneuverability but generally its a fun suitcase and perfectly compact for quick trips. Very easy to stow away on the plane. Didnt end up ever using the USB thing in the 4-5x I have already used this so I cant speak to that. Hoping itll last another 3-5 years but guessing the wheels wont make this a 10+ year investment. My bigger Delsey wheels feel MUCH sturdier and has held up very well.

Total dimensions of big case is 65.75 inches. Over the size limit by 3.75 inches & will incur extra fees on almost all airlines.

Unfortunately, due to Amazons, poor packaging, the luggage has been shipped to me damaged and it is too late to order another one in time for my vacation. I am so disappointed with Amazon not only with the poor packaging, but the way they lead me on and lied about the shipping times was horrific. Would like to order this luggage from another site. Don’t want to deal with Amazon especially because of their unprofessional, rude, and knowledgeable, cunning, lying employees working for them, and the delivery timing horrific, especially being a prime customer.

When my wife put the large suitcase up on bed to pack for our vacation we than noticed the damage to the bottom corner next to the wheel. who do i get hold of to see about replacement or compensation

I don’t care for the handle it’s very uncomfortable especially when the bag is full
