Have used several Samsung SSDs over the years and they just keep getting better. This one is updating an older Lenovo All-in-one desktop PC. What a difference the SSD makes for boot time and normal operation. Makes an old Segate rotating drive seem like horse and buggy days! This is a great update to add really new life to an older PC.

Its a great drive, for home computer use. Gave new life to a desktop PC that was over 6 years old

So drive is good, software is OK, but if you try to make RAID out of it software is not good anymore. Also both drives are Samsung, it simply does not want to migrate on it!!! I can get same performance SSD 20% cheaper. Just thought the would cover everything. Apparently they only do ACHI or IDE. No RAID.

My Dell laptop was far more difficult than my Toshiba to access the hard disk drive. After watching several YouTube videos, I was able to install my new SSD!

The UPC sticker on the back states that it is a 1TB HD however it clearly says on the box that it is a 500MB. I opened it to verify and it was indeed a 500GB. I returned it and am fearful to reorder this one again from the same company.
