Bought it for loading applications fast and it does the job. Alot of reviews do star that it does not come with the screw to mount it with but depending on your install, it is cheap to buy. In my situation, my Lenovo Laptop already had the riser so just reported a screw from an old hard drive.

Makes everything download very fast and is easy to setup, but doesn’t come with a screw for the installation.

I had build a couple of gaming rigs for my kids a few years ago and went with normal drives due to the price of a 1T M.2 at the time. Upgrade was simple. Just installed the Samsung 980, (slot was already set for the 8cm size). It was seen just like any other sata drive, but read/write speeds are nearly 4X what the old WD Black 7200 RPM drives could do. Kids love -- and if I gamed, Id be jealous.

I installed the samsung ssd nvme 3 gen x4 in my generic laptop (cheap chinese brand) it included a ssd sata m.2 that only had 500mbs of speed. this new ssd nvme that exceeds 3000 mbs super fast with the disk cloning provrama that it includes is super easy

it works but a little expensive and the drivers don’t work (but you dont need them)
