It’s a good M.2 for the price, especially when it goes on sale. It has good speed, good storage capacity, anything you could really expect out of an M.2 drive. If you are thinking about buying an M.2 I would easily recommend this one, but do check your motherboard and make sure it has an M.2 slot on it. They’re standard these days, but do be certain before spending the money.

I purchased two of these knowing they are a good M.2 ssd but once setup they are not recognized via the samsung app Migration to another identical samsung m.2. In my research I found the recommendation to load the samsung ACHI driver, but it would not load because it too could not find the attached drive. Win10 file manager could see it!!! Complete waste of money! I am now using WD m.2 Blue and using Acronis to clone and working great. From what I learned in my research, this is a well known problem in the community and samsung is aware of it, and has known for some time.

This is by far the slowest SSD I’ve ever used. So terrible that my swd hard drive is faster! Do not buy!

The packaging box is damaged, and looked worn out and all scratched up.

So fast I dont see the loading circle on the startup anymore lol, upgraded from old Seagate SATA SSD, HUGE upgrade in both storage and speed, just for an ssd that is the size of a stick of gum! Very impressive! Ive always loved Samsung SSDs, my laptop has had one for a few years now!

I got this for a great price, always best to wait for a good sale if you want to go big name instead of crucial or something similar
