> 3 dayI was not really expecting for the drive to be so light and compact, it is my first time using an external SSD. I am very satisfied with its performance so far.

> 3 dayI bought this without seeing the dimensions. I was expecting it to be similar in size to a 2.5 laptop drive and was pleasantly surprised to see something the size of a pack of Extra gum. Very fast transfer speeds, and lots of space. Just have to figure out how to not lose it. :D

> 3 dayI was pretty shocked when receiving this hard drive. So super small and yet a terabyte of space. I hooked it up to my iMac via USB-C and use it as a Time Machine back up drive. I was able to backup 350GB in less than 15 minutes. Works great. Super happy with this one. You cant go wrong with the Samsung. Great packaging and comes with 2 different cables depending on your needs.

> 3 dayThe SSD overheats easily with any extended amount of use. While synchronizing 1TB of Google files it overheated and I had to put a fan on it to keep it cool. It frequently disconnected and re-connected and caused many file corruption errors, prompting Windows to ask me to check the drive for errors and run a checkdisk.

Greater than one weekBought Samsung to make sure there are no issues. Also read up on reviews before buying. Am using it to back up my Photos on Iphone 13. So far it is working great.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice external drive for the price. Sure, I would like to have more than 1 TB, but they are more costly right now. The small physical size is nice and I like that it came with two cables: usb A and usb C.

> 3 dayJust received the T7 1TB model for use as Tesla Model Y Sentry/Dash Cam. Tesla software 2021.35.103 recognizes the drive, formats it, and displays the Dash Cam icon. But launching the Dash Cam app fails and the icon disappears. Tried formatting multiple times. Finally, connected drive to Windows laptop and its completely blank. Created the missing TeslaCam directory (no quotes). Used Samsung Magician to ensure SSD is OK. Installed it back in the MY and the Dash Cam app works. Forum boards confirm this behavior exists with large USB drives/sticks.
