> 3 dayI can hit about 500MB/s for about 20 sec before I think I hit the buffer on my main SSD. This thing is great. Has a nice build quality. Feels a little light. It also comes with two cables: USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A.

15-04-2025This drive was very helpful for the one video editing project I did using it, up until the usb c port broke. I was very careful not to put stress on the port. Even after very light use for a few weeks, its now broken and useless to me. Hopefully I manage to pull the data off the drive. Ill be looking for a more durable ssd to replace this one.

> 3 dayThis drive is fast and surprisingly small. It solved my photo processing and library storage problem (for now, at least). Because its so small and light, its now permanently attached to my laptop lid with velcro fasteners. One think to think about before buying: the drive comes with the exFAT format, which isnt supported by at least one major online backup company. Once I had loaded my files, I couldnt bear to go through that process again, so I switched backup providers.

> 3 dayBought this for my dad so he could back some things up for work. He was quite impressed with the transfer speed, and noted that the construction of the drive itself was sturdy. Would buy again!

> 3 dayTried manuf advice/tried chat room advice/Nada/Zip/Zilch--very frustrating! Unfortunately my return window expired --I just unboxed it now plugged it in and it does not work. I suggest you buy your SSD from another manuf as many other users are having same issue and Samsung support is non existent

> 3 dayI bought this for making bootable system backups for my Mac. Its nice and small and doesnt need external power so its pocket-portable. Ive dropped it on the floor and it still works fine, its well made with an aluminum exterior. Its not as fast as the T7, which I use for photo editing, but for incremental system backups its plenty fast enough and the cost saving over the T7 makes it well worth it.
