On day four of operation, this hard drive decided to completely erase itself and all of my company data I had stored on it. Thankfully, I had most of what was on it redundantly backed up, but I lost a whole day of work and several Lightroom catalogs.

Very easy plug & play install

One of the main goals in buying this SSD drive was to find a disk that worked seamlessly with both Windows and Mac and password protection. This one failed the Mac capability. The software was unreliable. The disk works fine on Windows but that was only part of the goal.

Fast but not crazy fast.

For a portable SSD this a great little unit. Physically, its much smaller than Id expected, which was a pleasant surprise, as was the quality of construction. Even better, the transfer rates are fast. Stepping up from old HDD externals or USB sticks, this unit transfers multi-GB video files in much short times. Not particularly cheap, but well worth the price.

Fast small and covenient

This is great SSD but beware of scam. Ordered 2TB version and received broken, 250 or 500 GB one, with erased serial numbers. Seems there are more customers with the same issue. Do not order till Amazon sorts this out.

So small and so fast. Cant go wrong.
