> 3 dayi bought a bunch of sanding blocks recently and this one stands out as the best and its not even close. its great for flat sanding jobs. it fits my hand well and has a decent weight to it. it also is sized so that not sand paper is wasted when using sheets.

> 3 dayI refinish furniture and bought this sanding block to help in the process. It is great - my hands are not sore, switching out the sandpaper grits is easy. I would definitely buy this again.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this tool! I have been working on skim coating my bathroom walls and this sanding block has been very helpful. I threw away all my foam sanders. This is comfortable on the hand and flat which creates an even surface. Highly recommend this!

Greater than one weekThis was recommended by a YouTube woodworker and I really like the heft of it. The size and flatness is good to ensure even sanding across a larger area and the paper holds well.

> 3 dayHolds sand sheets securely without slipping or ripping and has a comfortable grip for your hand. Small enough for corner control but large enough that it only takes 2-3 passes, depending on desired smoothness. Happy with this purchase. Works perfect for me and my projects

> 3 dayIt really feels comfortable in your hand, is easy to replace the sand paper. I bought one of the 5lbs sandpaper deals here on amazon and cut them in strips I then attach to this block. Its easy to smooth things up real quick after making cuts and works well around edges and corners. Will last a lifetime and last block youll ever need.

> 3 dayMy friend turned me onto these sanding blocks and theyre great. I got three of them! They feel very comfortable in my hand and changing the paper is very easy. Sanding is always a pain in the *ss but now at least I can be comfortable while Im doing it.

> 3 dayThe block is well made and the clips for holding sandpaper are easier to use than other types of clips and apparently are tight enough to hold sandpaper. The major problem is that the flat sanding surface of the block is only 2 5/8 by 7 3/4. The 1/3rd sandpaper sheets are 3 5/8 by 9. The block is too narrow for the sandpaper and a total of 1 1/4for both ends of the sandpaper to attach the paper to the block is a very tight fit. Perhaps those who have rated the block with 5 stars dont mind the 1/2 of sandpaper on each side that is useless, or they cut off 3/4 of the sandpaper before attaching to the block

Greater than one weekI am using this to finish sand my table base pieces. I really like the easy loading mechanism hand crank thing - no spiking your fingers; easier to align paper. This sanding block also just feels more controllable and pleasant to use. The longer base footprint probably helps. The quality appears to be good. I had put these to the side for a while until I lost my familiar rubber sanding block, but now I intend to make these my main sanding blocks.
