I had a problem with cracks in my tile. Had the tile taken up and used Ditra XL. So far so good No cracks

Excellent product and fast shipping.

Easy to put down but make sure you have good contact with the thin set. Also, you will use a LOT of thinset on top when setting tiles. Plan to have more on hand than you think youll need. It also takes quite a bit of effort to get the thinset into all the small squares but when done, it really helps achieve a level tile surface.

Great product and easy to install, especially if you follow the instructions. Make sure to buy the correct trowel size to install.

Expensive but necessary to eliminate the saddles between rooms!

This is a good product that was relatively easy to use. In the past we have used the lath and concrete approach for setting tiles. We will most likely go back to the metal lathe and concrete approach, simply because of cost and ease of obtaining supplies. We purchased this product through Amazon and were pleased with the price and service. Thanks, Dennis

This stuff crushes backerboard. I could not imagine doing a floor with anything else. Little pricey, but worth it. I have never had a cracked tile over this stuff.
