> 3 dayThe beneficial bacteria colonized this media in no time. I replaced my old biomedia with this when I moved my tank and have had no ammonia, nitrate or nitrite detections since. My plants help out as well but I would definitely buy this again as long as the price is right.

> 3 daySmall bottle with not much inside. Most of it was dust and rinsed out. The rocks are very small with little surface area. Total waste of money. Go for biomax or biohome instead.
