I originally purchased the 8tb Black backup hub for use on my media centre, and i have had no trouble with it. Second purchase i bought the 8TB XBOX Game backup hub, white. this is touted as a better unit than the standard black version. The black standard one was about £15 cheaper than the white one, until now i have noticed the black one is more expensive? Strange. Heres where it gets even stranger, i have shucked both the drives from these units, and guess what? They both use exactly the same drive. A Segate ST800DM004. So why the price difference?? I can only assume the interface is different or better on one than the other. if you are buying these for just the drives well there you go, get the cheapest.

Stanchi di cancellare giochi per poi doverli reinstallare con tutti i giga e giga di aggiornamenti da riscaricare sulla console ogni volta che vi viene voglia di rigiocarli? Da oggi tutto questo sarà solo un lontano ricordo! Con questo disco da 8TB la vostra Xbox One vi regalerà ore e ore di divertimento oltre ad evitarvi lo stress da installazione/disinstallazione/aggiornamento! Ottime le due porte USB frontali per collegare altre periferiche alla console oppure per ricaricare il pad o le cuffie mentre state giocando. Un bellinvestimento per chi vuole avere sempre tutti i giochi a disposizione senza doverne eliminare qualcuno per provare gli altri. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

had it for 9 months on xbox one then plugged it into series x for another year i had over 2tb of games installed that i now have to redownload good job save files are in the cloud so lasted like 20 months now xbox cant detect it tried different usb ports new wires even in my pc no luck so gotta spend £80 for another one going with a different brand this time took it apart and took side case off pc n plugged drive in directly n nothing so ye its drive itself thats dead not connections was expecting to get more out of it

Ich nutze Sie an meinem PC und finde die USB-Anschlüsse sehr gut. Habe sie schon sehr lange und vor kurzen wieder rausgekramt, weil ich da nach Daten gesucht habe. Leider liegt sie momentan nur im Schrank rum aber sie geht noch. Preis-Leistung ist aber na ja also ich würde nicht die Xbox Version empfehlen sondern die normale (ist schwarz) aber wenn das Design toll findet nur zu. Die USB-Anschlüsse kann ich zum aufladen meiner Elektronikgeräte nehmen.

Nice small size. Good quality xbox embossed case. Unfortunately it wont work with PS4 (March 2021) despite other reviews here saying it does. Error code screen attached. Further checks online show the issue being the fact it has a hub attached.
