Bought this as a Christmas present for my brother. He has a library filled to the brim with games, making it difficult to keep them all downloaded on the ps4. This handy device has allowed him to download all of his games freely, with lots of space left afterwards! 10/10 would recommend.

How can this product have 5 stars? I simply dont understand. Im a senior software engineer and have been a tech enthusiast for a very long time. Ive never had any issues with hardware, unless it was badly made and off-brand. This is SEAGATE though. I just dont get it. Im getting 32Mbs down, both read and write. Its shocking, honestly. I got this using the USB 3.0 cable that it came with. I got this after formatting it to NTFS. I get it while it is exFat. I still get this while using a micro-c to usb-c adapter and a thunderbolt 3 cable and port. Ive tried other ports. I still get this slow speed. It begs the question..... Just how?! This product was advertised as having USB 3.2 (thunderbolt 3, 20gbs) speeds. I get half the speed of USB 2.0!!! Did I get a broken product? Im used to writing only 5-star reviews, but this product is not what I thought it was...

I love it all I had to do was just plug it in the USB port in my PS4 and I did not to do any work it just work by itself and its amazing I would actually have to say I recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a half-decent product great job

To be honest, this is very easy to set up. Plug it into the PS4 and follow the steps to get it working. I even bought a case to protect it from dust. Absolutely worth it.
