Please do not buy this storage, If I could give it less than one star I would. Playstation made this to get more money out of people. I paid over $80 dollars for this back on June 16th 2020 and now it is December 27 2020 and my Playstation extended storage stopped working. No warning, no time to back up my save data. I had to spend over $60 dollars for a Playstation membership in order to attempt at backing up my data. Now I cant play any of my newly bought games because there is no storage. I am not the only one, there are other gamers who experienced the same thing. They had to spend another $80 dollars for this storage in order for the Playstation extended storage to mess up again. Does Playstation want us as gamers to continue paying $80 dollars every couple of months for more extended storage? Not sure if Xbox has this issue but Sony needs to reimburse everyone for this issue. This is not the gamers fault, this is a terrible design and cheaply made. One site said If you keep your Playstation extended storage on for too long it can cause damage to the storage. That makes no sense, how can I play a game that required 40hours plus to beat and the Playstation extended storage cant keep up. In conclusion please dont give Playstation the satisfaction of buying this Playstation extended storage, your money is better off being saved to buy an Xbox.
