> 3 dayIm honestly blown away. This is my first time buying a shark and it is crazy good. I have 3 kids, two of them toddlers, a husband, and a puppy which means constant messes. This makes my carpet look so clean. The suction is so strong that when I was using liftaway to vacuum the stairs it took effort to move the hose across the floor. Im in love and if your house is borderline hoarder mode like mine with the constant messes, this is what you NEED!

Greater than one weekI just received this today, delivered on scheduled day. It was incredibly easy to assemble and it took me a short amount of time. Easy to see what the previous vacuum was leaving behind. *Pros: light-weight, good suction, swivel head reaches small places easily *Cons: feels cheap, deck is only 11 wide and accessories are pointless, cord is SHORT, dust canister isnt easy to remove I purchased this for a showroom with short church berber carpet that has the occasional dog visit. The suction worked great. Its really just a no frills vacuum, very small. Time will tell, but I wouldnt purchase this again at almost $200, Id try another model.

Greater than one weekI needed a good vacuum to pick up pet (cat) hair. I have been using a fairly expensive Simplicity vacuum cleaner but I didnt think it was picking up all the pet fur. After reading reviews, I chose this Shark, I am so surprised how great this works. It really does a great job collecting cat fur in my carpets. I highly recommend

> 3 dayI am a huge fan of Shark vacuums. I also have a very expensive Miele canister vac, and I have to say the Shark is easier to use and has just as good (if not better) suction as the expensive Miele. Mieles are also notorious for having short cords, which are a real pain in the neck. I had been using the Shark Navigator NV70 for the last ten years (it was a goldish-tan color), and I loved that vacuum. After 10 years of service, it just stopped sucking one day. I didnt even notice that it had lost suction until I vacuumed my cream, bedroom rug and 5 minutes later I found my long, dark brown hair everywhere. I tried new filters. I washed out the canister. But alas, Shark, know to his friends as Sharkie, was no more. So, I decided to upgrade on my new vacuum to a Shark with the lift away feature. I have been using the Shark NV360 for over a month, and I really love it. Assembly was a breeze, and boy does this thing have a lot of suction. After my first trip around the house, I had to empty the canister twice. The NV360 is a beautiful navy blue color, and it does come with a crevice tool and red, felt lined upholstery tool. I did go ahead and spend a few bucks at the Shark website to get an accessory package with a longer crevice tool and a brush head attachment, which I prefer to the upholstery tool. The lift away feature is easy to use. Sometimes the release buttons/latches that you need to press to release the lift away can be a little tight, and you need to press the button while wiggling the vacuum to get the lift away to release. In comparison to my old Shark NV70, the NV360 is much lighter with a wider vacuum head. The NV70 was built so tough that it felt like a truck could run over it, and it would be fine. The NV360 is lighter which makes chores easier, but you also lose that great, sturdy, feeling that the NV70 had. The NV360 feels a little like a toy vacuum in comparison to the NV70. The NV70 also had a longer cord - maybe 5 feet longer. But, the lift away technology and wider brush head do make up for the shorter cord. My only real complaint is that the NV360 is so light that it can easily fall over. That is a problem when you are trying to reach that last little bit of whatever with the extension wand and then BOOM. The NV360 has its weight near the back of the vacuum, so it tends to fall backward rather than on its side like the NV70. That caused a dent in my coffee table, but now I know that I really have to move the vacuum to a closer outlet when using the attachment wand. Overall, this is a great vacuum with great suction at a fair price. I do miss the sturdy feel of the NV70, but for anyone looking for a lightweight vacuum with excellent suction, this is your solution.

> 3 dayI like my shark vacuum so far. Only used it twice so far but has much better suction than my Hoover did.

> 3 dayWe have tile floors and use only a light weight vacuum with no brushes and not great suction. The NV360 Navigator has great suction which had to be adjust to a lesser pull to avoid dragging the small area rugs. My wifes allergies were immediately affected by dust stirred up by the brushes. That did not seem to be from any leak in the dust cup but may have been from the brush. The Navigator pulled a significant amount of dirt/dust from the small rugs. Will test for dust issues when use again next week.
