It gets stuck somewhere on basically a daily basis. I would not recommend this product and wish I could just return it at this point.

It really tries hard. it gets stuck a lot, sometimes in strange places. It does help a lot. Its like a deficient pet.

The vaccum is great. We have a new baby and not as much time to clean, this takes care of the mountains of pet hair that build up, we dont even have to thing about it. It handles amazingly for a vac without mapping built in; it never misses a spot. My only complaint is that they have convoluted the model numbers so badly that its hard to know exactly what replacement parts I need to buy (you need to buy new brushes and filters and things periodically). So that will probably take some trial and error. But otherwise, I honestly dont know how we lived without this little guy (Grogu as we call him).

Love this. I had a cheap generic robovac before this that lasted about a year before it broke. This one shows how the extra money for a nice one is worth it. The room mapping is amazing, its insane to see it perfectly navigate around furniture after it learns it is there. It rarely gets stuck like the last one did and it has a great power to it. The 30-days without emptying though I have yet to believe, however I have had it a week so far but it looks pretty full already so I will see when I do actually have to empty it. I will say with the other comments that the app is a little junky. I constantly get notifications that the vacuum is stuck or on a cliff or there is an error and nothing is ever actually wrong.

The first time we tried to use it, it was loud and rattled. I returned it because I was concerned it was defective. The return service was easy and quick.

I had a earlier version of the Shark and it worked fine and made less noise than the roomba I had, so I decided to try this version. This one seems to do a more thorough sweeping and like the daily cleaning report from app. One caveat to my review, most of my home is tiled and I only have it enter one carpeted room. So far it has handled both very well and is great to come home every day and see straight even sweep lines in the carpet. Adds to feeling of being cleaner.

I have three dogs and 1 cat. I have run this robot every day since I got it and I am so impressed with it. You definitely still have to sweep the nooks and crannies or corners of the house now and then but it gets under things I couldn’t without moving the furniture. I also have a living room that is one stair down from the rest of my first floor. I’ve moved this robot down to my living room and it cleaned the entire thing, then I moved it back to the floor it’s docking base is on, and it continued with no problems. I would highly recommend this product.
