Works great and leaves amazing carpet lines!

I have three large shedding dogs. To say the hair was out of control, is an understatement. I had purchased a cheap robot vacuum a year ago in hopes it would help. And it did. But it wouldn’t program to run by itself and the dirt catcher was so small it was full in .0002 seconds. Got this on prime day for a good deal and I have loved it. It turns itself on at noon every day, empties itself a time or two, and gets the whole house while I’m at work. Occasionally it will get stuck somewhere when it tries to pretend it’s a jeep going off-roading. But for the most part, it stays on course and gets the job done. Love it so much definitely recommend for people with slick floors (wood, tile, laminate). It doesn’t get the hair off my rugs the same way my dyson stand up does. But I didn’t expect it to. Love the product!

Sent back for refund after 2 uses. It starts then stops. Trouble shooted as recommended but still not working. Expensive robot vac and very disappointed in performance. Will stick with IRobot in the future.

The person who decided that the dust bin could hold 30 days of dust didn’t have a golden retriever. I have 2 dogs and the dust bin has to be emptied every week, which is fine with me. The vacuum runs every morning and keeps the dog hair “tumbleweed” away. The Alexa skill is supposed to make the vacuum go back to the dock after an hour of run time, but I’m usually told it can’t connect to the skill.

My wife wanted one of these vacs for Mothers Day for our bedroom. Although animals are not permitted in our room our cats are homing missile for my pillow which is not a good thing for a person is mild cat allergies. I still got the unit rated for pet hair in case we would run it elsewhere in the house. The beater bar does not stay as clean as I would expect but it is easy enough to clean. Overall, it does a good job has tendency to get itself hung up on recliners with swivel bases. Overall, I would recommend this product. The one complaint I have the App based wifi connection process is terrible. More specifically the connection process to wifi used internally to the Shark. Once connected the app is ok. Not to go to techno nerd here but in simple terms. The connection sequence the Shark uses is far too slow, clumsy, and timeouts too quickly. I tried for almost 90 minutes to connect this device to my wifi per the instructions despite trying numerous times and variations of interpretations of the instructions the connection would start and right at the end it would fail. I am technically advanced I checked my wifi logs the Shark would timeout right before a network address was assigned. I called Shark support they would have been helpful to a non-technical person as 1st level had me try what I had already done and then said 2nd level would call within 24 hours. No call from 2nd level. I decided to try one more thing to make the connection before returning the product. I pre-assigned a network address to the Shark which cut down on the negotiating time and allowed for a successful connection. I am not going to say everyone will experience this problem but I can tell you my network gear is all less than a year old and it took high level technical knowledge to get a successful connection.

Great suction; quiet; good value

I have 2 large dogs - A German Shepherd and an Australian Shepherd. I have to manually clean this out once a day because the hair gets trapped/stuck. Even when it docks to vacuum it all out. It is also not as smart as I thought itd be. It doesnt learn patterns or anything. The app is super basic. Clean, standard of clean, or dock. Does not come with barrier straps to prevent rooms from being cleaned. Gets stuck on room dividers on the floor.

Bought new and within the first few days noticed a flaw with the battery. Our schedule is set to run at 9pm nightly and the enhanced cleaning is disabled (to not exhaust the battery completely). The battery will charge 24 hours until the next night but only reach 80%. Contacted Amazon support and was total we must return the product and buy another. Hopefully the second one does not have this issue. Otherwise, this is the most awesome robot vacuum we have had and we have tried three different brands/models over the last 7 years. Our eufy never cleaned this well or was this quiet.
