Works great and leaves amazing carpet lines!

Bought new and within the first few days noticed a flaw with the battery. Our schedule is set to run at 9pm nightly and the enhanced cleaning is disabled (to not exhaust the battery completely). The battery will charge 24 hours until the next night but only reach 80%. Contacted Amazon support and was total we must return the product and buy another. Hopefully the second one does not have this issue. Otherwise, this is the most awesome robot vacuum we have had and we have tried three different brands/models over the last 7 years. Our eufy never cleaned this well or was this quiet.

Ive had a robot vacuum for about 3 years. I liked it. It was off brand and it had the little bin you had to clean daily. It was fine. I really liked it. But OMG THIS ONE IS SO GOOD! Please note I got it 50% off otherwise I wouldnt have spent the money on it, but having it now, Id buy it again! It works so much better and I love that it self empties. I have a large lab who is blowing his coat right now and my other vacuum died about 2 weeks before I got this one so it had its work cut out for it. It did not disappoint! The set up wasnt horrible and you can put it on a schedule from your phone. It works with the magnet tape stuff to keep it out of specific areas. I have only tried this on hardwood. I have a small rug but the font door but I have not tried it on carpet other than that. But it does amazing sweeping for me. Highly recommend especially to my pet owners!

I am very picky about my purchases and I do not review products but I felt the need to review this one. I was hesitant to buy this because I bought one when they first came out and I did not like how it cleaned. The machine was all over the place, would get stuck on rugs and practically everything and had no sense of boundries unless you placed strips down, which looked awful. It also did not seem to pick up much. After looking at this new one multiple times I finally purchased it. I LOVE IT!!! IT IS AMAZING. It is fast, it moves straight up and down lines to get every area, it leaves vacuum marks (love that), it goes over my THICK rugs not just thin without getting stuck. It stops at my step drop off and does not fall, you can program it when you want it to vacuum, it picks up everything. SUGGESTION: Make sure your cords are picked up or they will be dragged and pull stuff down. Also it empties the tank by itself, it says you only need to empty it every 30 days but I do it once a week to keep the suction. Picks up pet hair too!!! AMAZING!!!

Picks up dog hair well but never completes a run of the entire floor. It seems that the shark could use its battery life more efficiently if it would complete one room before moving to the next. Wish it had mapping.

The first time we tried to use it, it was loud and rattled. I returned it because I was concerned it was defective. The return service was easy and quick.

I was so excited for this vacuum. A mothers dream. But i am very disappointed in the way it runs around my house. It does not have the mapping ability that thought it did. It runs random everywhere. Sometimes it does really good in the row by row then it goes random and goes in different rooms multiple times then never touchs other rooms. Very frustrating when you think you are getting a product that will do it all and it doesnt. It does help keep up on some of the crumbs but you definitely will need to go through with a vacuum and do the rest it missed. I do like the self emptying part to it though.

I have three large shedding dogs. To say the hair was out of control, is an understatement. I had purchased a cheap robot vacuum a year ago in hopes it would help. And it did. But it wouldn’t program to run by itself and the dirt catcher was so small it was full in .0002 seconds. Got this on prime day for a good deal and I have loved it. It turns itself on at noon every day, empties itself a time or two, and gets the whole house while I’m at work. Occasionally it will get stuck somewhere when it tries to pretend it’s a jeep going off-roading. But for the most part, it stays on course and gets the job done. Love it so much definitely recommend for people with slick floors (wood, tile, laminate). It doesn’t get the hair off my rugs the same way my dyson stand up does. But I didn’t expect it to. Love the product!
