Great product. I love the self emptying.

We’ve had it for about 6 months and the past few months we keep getting error #7 that makes the vacuum not work (basically it says it’s by a cliff when it is not). I want to love it but it is so frustrating how it does this and I can’t find a fix online for it. When it works it’s good enough but it only works about half the time due to the inaccurate error.

It did a good job vacuuming but I didn’t realize this model did not map the house so it wouldn’t always get every room/corner. It would do half a room and move to the next and never come back, for this price you might as well by the other version that maps the home it is way more precise.

it picks up pet hair really well, the roller is easy to take out and clean, and I haven’t had any issues with spots being missed. It hasn’t gotten stuck too often. Reasonably quiet. Super convenient to control from my phone.

Bought new and within the first few days noticed a flaw with the battery. Our schedule is set to run at 9pm nightly and the enhanced cleaning is disabled (to not exhaust the battery completely). The battery will charge 24 hours until the next night but only reach 80%. Contacted Amazon support and was total we must return the product and buy another. Hopefully the second one does not have this issue. Otherwise, this is the most awesome robot vacuum we have had and we have tried three different brands/models over the last 7 years. Our eufy never cleaned this well or was this quiet.

We have another brand before this that you would have to empty the chamber constantly. We almost bought a robovac until I read reviews that you ALSO have to buy bags to empty. This vac has a chamber like our Dyson that collects the dirt and ia simple to empty. DEF would recommend buying this vac.

Love this. I had a cheap generic robovac before this that lasted about a year before it broke. This one shows how the extra money for a nice one is worth it. The room mapping is amazing, its insane to see it perfectly navigate around furniture after it learns it is there. It rarely gets stuck like the last one did and it has a great power to it. The 30-days without emptying though I have yet to believe, however I have had it a week so far but it looks pretty full already so I will see when I do actually have to empty it. I will say with the other comments that the app is a little junky. I constantly get notifications that the vacuum is stuck or on a cliff or there is an error and nothing is ever actually wrong.

I have three dogs and 1 cat. I have run this robot every day since I got it and I am so impressed with it. You definitely still have to sweep the nooks and crannies or corners of the house now and then but it gets under things I couldn’t without moving the furniture. I also have a living room that is one stair down from the rest of my first floor. I’ve moved this robot down to my living room and it cleaned the entire thing, then I moved it back to the floor it’s docking base is on, and it continued with no problems. I would highly recommend this product.

I have my vacuum programmed to vacuum while I am gone. You can walk barefoot on my floor, no debris, no dirt, etc... Its awesome!!!
