Easy to use and fast,

Easy to work with cut pipe copper Clean the burners off usual little bit of soap on it and it slides right in I highly recommend anyone can do it.

SharkBite connectors are a quality product. They make a plumber out of anyone. I completely replumbed my old home with these and PEX. I used many, they connect quickly and easily and tightly with never a leak. I would never use anything else.

Much better price than the box stores

These push-on fittings are much easier to install than either the expansion-type fittings or the crimp-ring fittings, especially if youre working on an existing pipe that you cant readily take to the floor to install the fitting. These fittings also have the advantage that they rotate on the pipe; you dont have to take care to orient it exactly for installation, like you do with the other fittings. It is also much easier to remove these fittings and reuse them if for some reason you need to. (Removal requires use of a simple, inexpensive plastic tool.)

Gave 4 stars overall because one elbow leaked. But overall satisfied

These fittings are great for repairs or additions to existing lines. In this case I had to add a PRV and shut-off valve to an existing water line. All the other connections could be sweated, but for the final connection to the line, I like to use the Sharkbite as you do not have to worry about water in the line.
