SHIMANO Cleats SPD-SL SM-SH10/SM-SH12

Good cleats, would give it five stars but they are very difficult to clip out when new. If you are new to clips, this could lead to a fall. But, everyone falls at least once when they first start using clips so just get it over with!

Have always used these SPD cleats. I have no reason to change these usually last for about 4 seasons for me

Just what we were looking for- at a great price and quicker delivery than even promised!

SPD-SL. The basic 3-bolt road cleat system. Its wider than 2-bolt, giving better power transfer and foot comfort. The cleats are made out of plastic, so they disintegrate in 8 months of commuting, because that means putting your foot down on pavement several times a day and the plastic just isnt meant for that.

Same as original. Original lasted three years/3000 miles. Then the plastic covers fell off and started scratching the floot

Saved me a few bucks, and fit perfectly.

The real thing. Make sure you are getting a real Shimano product for Shimano clipless pedels. Make sure you see the name stamped on the cleats. They are tougher and wont break in the middle of your ride.
