These are the first cleats Ive ever used and so far I have been very satisfied. They come out easily from the pedals and are relatively easy to walk in. Upgrading to cleats and clip pedals has been a wonderful improvement to recreational riding. Would recommend for anyone starting out with cleats like I was.

The real deal - original/authentic Shimano cleats, no monkey business. Takes a while to ship - the seller shipped from Japan, but unless youre having a Cleat Emergency, this is not a big deal.

Product was what I wanted. Problem is it was missing a screw. The product had clearly been sold & not used but returned. Its box was not in good shape & all of the screws & washers were out. The missing screw is probably on the Amazon warehouse floor.
