> 3 dayIts a 1tb ssd and does exactly what you want it to do. Faster than a hdd and does the job. One small problem when installing it was my motherboard didnt recognize it at first for some reason. I had to uninstall and reinstall it then it worked even though I changed absolutely nothing ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOURE BUYING THE CORRECT SSD THERE ARE TWO TYPES. I would have been in that scenario if my motherboard didnt have 4 slots, two of them were NVMe the other were SATA ssd

> 3 dayThe SK Hynix Gold P31 500gb NVME Gen3 M.2 2280 SSD is 3 times faster than my current m.2 NAND SSD. I dont use it for productivity really, but Ive installed my Steam folder on it and I *may* notice a slight difference in load times. Installation was as simple as plug and play, Win10 found the drive without issues or delay. It comes out to 465gb once initialized and set up as a storage drive, so a fair amount of room for my Steam folder. Temperatures at idle are around 40C and only a degree or two warmer while using it. Overall I am happy with this drive and would consider it for recommendation to friends.

> 3 dayRan a benchmark that compares this drive to others of the same model. As you can see, my unit is a fairly significant dropoff to the standard of this SSD, and does not write/read at the advertised speeds.

> 3 dayI have not run any crystal mark benches on it, however the installation was very easy. I do wish that the item came with a screw that will help with installation. I was very happy to see that they used renewable resources for the packaging. Overall, highly recommend.

> 3 dayDied after 4 weeks of light use. I’m writing this march 13th, as I just finally narrowed down what’s been causing problems in my system. Today my computer couldn’t even get to the boot screen. Return window closed March 10th. I know it’s just a coincidence but it’s incredibly irritating. I just lost 750gb of data to a product that the seller knew was faulty.

> 3 dayPopped this into my 2015 Retina Macbook Pro dual graphics and easily doubled my storage. Works with boot camp and Big Sur natively. No firmware update needed like on the 1TB version for it to work with Mac. Battery life seems pretty similar to before, but it is early.

> 3 dayWished I was able to get more storage space for a couple more games to run off rather than hdd, and this works great! Sucks that a lot of games nowadays require more space, but this helps to make up for the lack of case space to store another ssd. So far 1 month in and no problems! Thank you
