> 3 dayThis is a great set of smart plugs. I’ve never had a connection issue. You can fit two plugs in one duplex outlet too. Refoss and Meross make some great and affordable HomeKit devices. So if you’re an iOS user these are a great way to make your home smart and have Siri integration for not a lot of money. You can set it up using the home app or the Meross app and these outlets work with all three of the major smart assistants. Alexa, Siri, and google assistant. If you want a smart switch get these.

Greater than one weekWhat a nightmare. Even 3 pages long online PDF user manual wont help. It only goes to the Home if you have an iPhone and another messy meross app. Connectivity was not there and wasted 1 hour just to connect and disconnect-reset-start all over- scan QR code-connect to the Outlet wifi-recognized the Outlet-Disconnected-Different App-Registering email-disconnect-reset-connected-not recognized-start over-reset holding the button 5 sec- connect to the device-register Outlet-Name Light-Disconnect again---on and on and on...RETURNED the item same afternoon after the Outlet delivered. Thanks Amazon for the easy return process. * iOS Home Kit- Connects then disconnect - start all over again so I tried with Google, ** Dont get fooled by Google Assistant etc....in the description.....100% Failure with this device. *** Avoid. Period.

> 3 dayOthers seem to be noting issues with Apple HomeKit, but I am strictly Android/Google Home, and I havent had any issues with these plugs. Worked great out of the box. I use the eHomeLife App and got them synced up on the first try with that, then I got them syncing on in to Google Home. They work as expected; turning them on/off with voice works, and they dont randomly turn themselves off/on like Ive had some other smart plugs do. These are quite large/bulky, and ~$40 for 4 of them might be OK? Id probably only buy a set if they were a few bucks less given the size of them, but at least functionally, these work just fine.

> 3 dayThis is 2nd HomeKit product that I ordered during the prime day sales that simply will not work with my Eero routers. They need to remove the HomeKit licensing and badging from this product. I’m literally sick of wasting time trying to get poorly designed products based on long outdated technologies still being allowed to be certified for HomeKit, Google Home and Alexa when they cannot even join our wifi networks. A wifi device that can’t connect to wifi is absolutely useless. Absolute garbage and a waste of my time. It’s a shame because now I’m 100% not going to buy any Meross/Refoss thread devices when they launch. Terrible first impression.

18-11-2024I was a little concerned at first because when my box arrived it was crushed. However, the plugs were not damaged. They worked fine. Very easy to set up through the app. Would buy again.

> 3 dayThese were really easy to add to Apple HomeKit and seemed to work well at first. Eventually though, they always disconnect. The only way to get them working again is to remove them from HomeKit and re-add. This has happened with all four of the outlets we received. At some point they just stop responding to HomeKit. I have checked the firmware, there are no updates.
