Excellent product. Excellent range. I have both motion sensors and temperature sensors and they work great! When I upgraded my Internet service provider, I had to make sure all of my devices were working and had trouble getting this to connect to the new service. After spending about two hours trying to reestablish communication between the hub and my Internet, I finally called customer service. But helpful person got to the bottom of the problem almost immediately. (I had the device plugged into the modem instead of the router!!!!) So… The only problem I’ve had with the products have been my own fault. I monitor motion in my garage and car that is parked on the street and temperature at my cabin while I am at home in a different city. Great peace of mind and fantastic products!

I bought these to monitor the temperature in my pump house and in the freezer in my office. This device works perfectly, and exactly as I hoped it would. I had to call customer service for some assistance in setting it up, and they were very helpful.

First, setup was very easy. After calibrating all of the sensors (I have 7 total) I put one in each room and one outside. I can now check the temperature in each room from anywhere. Theres only two issues Ive had so far. 1) after setting up the hub, it downloaded a couple hundred GB of data from the internet. I checked the firmware for all of the sensors and the hub but they were all up to date. Id like to know what all that data was for. 2) it works with Alexa... as long as you only want to know the temperature. It doesnt show the humidity and you cant use it as a trigger to turn on the dehumidifier when the basement humidity gets to 45% or to turn on the fan when the room gets to 74°F, for example.

Took me less than 5 minutes to install three sensors and a hub - start to finish. I have two leak sensor and a temp-humidity sensor. Next, I am going to get the garage door sensors and controllers for my three car garage. Absolutely impressed by having zero software or hardware glitches compared to hours of headaches with prior home automation devices. Should cost a lot more for this quality of product!

I used the thermometers in my fridge, freezer, chest freezer, top floor, and basement. I like being able to get alerts and keep track of temperatures and humidity to make sure everything is in working order. After almost a year the hub would like to disconnect fairly often, but I sent a message to yolink and they were able to send out a new one for me. They seem to be very easy to deal with and their products overall have been nice to have around.

I have had 3 sensors for apx 30 days that I use in a fridge, a freezer and a basement where temps need to be monitored. They have been very accurate and compare with the analog sensors I left in place until I felt secure with these units. It saves me time and anxiety not having to worry that I’m losing a freezer full of food or very expensive meds in the fridge or pipes freezing in the basement.
