> 3 dayThe YoLink app is simple, easy to use, and very straight forward. Pairing new devices is easy, and the information is easy to read. The hub was also easy to connect with my Google Assistant. In general I would recommend the YoLink system to anyone setting up a smart home. HOWEVER... My primary focus when buying this base set which included the YoLink Hub, and 2 Temperature / Humidity Sensors was to have my Google Assistant (and IFTTT) read information from these sensors and preform automated actions. Much to my disappointment, these sensors are among the few YoLink devices that are NOT directly compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. There is an alarm feature that CAN be linked with IFTTT, but it is extremely limited. Once again, The YoLink system itself is genuinely nice and easy to use / connect with other services. My only complaint is that SOME devices are not compatible with all features. While the sensors I have don’t do exactly what I needed, I am keeping them and the YoLink hub as I will use it for other sensors I plan to purchase in the future.

> 3 dayI use this YoLink hub and the two temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of my kitchen refrigerator and freezer. Set up (which is often difficult with these types of wireless systems) was incredibly easy. The smartphone app is very well designed, intuitive and a pleasure to use. I was so pleased with the product that I purchased it again to monitor a second refrigerator on a different floor of the house. Again, setup was perfectly easy. The two hubs work in sync with each other and, should either of them fail, the other hub will continue to track all of the devices. Build quality of the hub and sensors is very good. I highly recommend this product.

Greater than one weekFirst off I have another system I bought on Amazon that has no communicating Hub between the sensors like Yo-link does! What that means Is much longer range that I needed to reach my outdoor enclosed well pump house my ThermoPro sensor couldn’t stay on line kept loosing signal till I could physically get back to my lake cabin and unplug it to reset it then after I left it would go offline again within a day or so! The Yo-link reaches the pump house with ease! But better yet it also reports to my phone via the app when temperatures dip below or above the temp range I set to be notified about if that happens! Also the sensors use two Tripple AAA batteries it comes with alkaline, but I chose to instal lithium which I know lasts up to 5 years in the frozen tundra where I live in Wisconsin from my experience with other weather stations units I had which used an outdoor sensor but they were not WiFi capable just sensor to station which sets on a table in the house. Yo-link has its own WiFi hub that’s only about 5”X5” square and less than a inch high that connects to your router and is powered by a usb cable and plugs into any power outlet, this hub is the only part that plugs in and powerful long range communicates with as many sensors you want to place in and out side of your home! So you can put them anywhere no need for power for every sensor like the other brand has to have, and the other brand doesn’t have the hub to broadcast to and from the individual sensors that’s why you get the long range, the other brands sensors has to each connect to your WiFi individually and they are finicky as to where they pick up signal! To far away or inside another out building without WiFi and you don’t get connected! So I was really pleased and surprised with Yo-links performance, and it solved all my problems for about half the money of the other brands price!

> 3 dayPurchased this for our garage refrigerator / freezer after reading some horror stories about food spoiling because of not knowing the refrigerator or freezer stopped working. This took only a few minutes to set up and install. Integrated with the phone app after only a couple of tries. Adding the Alexa skill was easy as well. Now if there are any temperature excursions I get push notifications on the app and an email. I can also ask Alexa what the temperature is at any given time. Also, the 2 sensors (1 in the fridge and 1 in the freezer) have great wireless communication with the base unit which is inside the home in another room. Would recommend.

> 3 dayI got these for a deep freeze out in my detached garage. This setup quickly and without fuss. Its very accurate and has an impressive range. It was easy to setup custom parameters to alert me to extreme temperature changes sent directly to my phone.

> 3 dayI bought this after my last freezer up and died an snow I am paranoid about my brand new freezer doing the same. The sensors are tiny and accurate and the set up was extremely easy. However, the notifications dont seem to be 100% reliable and this is the only reason I am taking a point off. It does not always tell me when my gateway is offline and without that, the temperatures are not being recorded/alerted if out if range. I occassionally get an email that my gateway is connected again but did not know it was offline in the first place. That is the omw concerning thing for me. That said, when my freezers go out if range i do get the notifications and can monitor them accordingly. All in all, a great budget solution that doesnt require further subscription fees (unless you want to upgrade)

> 3 dayI have a RV that I keep at a storage facility. I turn on the refrigerator the day before a trip and needed a way to monitor the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. Since my RV has WiFi I thought I would give the Yolink a try. It has worked perfectly. Setup was very simple even with the WiFi only setup. At home, or anywhere, I can see the temps and get a notification if the temps are outside the range I select. I added a 3rd sensor to monitor room temp for when we leave our dog in camper. I was so impressed, I purchased another hub and sensors to use at my house. I had an issue setting up the WiFi. I called Yolink tech support. The call was answered in 2 seconds. A very friendly young man told me what to do and it fixed the issue. Turns out if I had just read the manual I could have saved the phone call. I have been very happy with the Yolink and looking at their other products to add.

> 3 dayI used the thermometers in my fridge, freezer, chest freezer, top floor, and basement. I like being able to get alerts and keep track of temperatures and humidity to make sure everything is in working order. After almost a year the hub would like to disconnect fairly often, but I sent a message to yolink and they were able to send out a new one for me. They seem to be very easy to deal with and their products overall have been nice to have around.
