Just received these and Im so happy. Got these for working out. Base quality is a 10. Surround sound selections are insane. Definitely worth the price. Chose black color and love it. Hard outside case is a plus for traveling. Quick setup, just download the app and select the sound quality you want. Received on 100% battery.

I live in NYC and have developed terrible tinnitus. The need for quiet background and soft music without inference is the only thing that calms me down. These headphones are unbelievable. They cancel out ALL outside horns, sirens, etc. It is pin dropping quiet. All others I am giving to goodwill. Wish they made ones I can sleep with. I cant wait to them when flying in two weeks. Will update upon my return.

Pretty happy with these so far. A little heavy on the bass, but thats a well-known behavior and easily tweaked using the iPhone app. Very comfortable and, so far, worth the extra money.

The best noise cancelling headphones. Really helps on the airplanes.

Just received the headphones and overall quality looks good. Downloaded the Sony Connect Headphone app to my iphone and got a message that the battery level is too low on the headphones to update the firmware. So went to plug the headphones in to charge and found that the charging cord is about 5 inches long. So need to find a wall outlet that is within 5 inches of a flat surface to lay the headphones on. Very short sighted on Sonys part. The charging cord should be longer. Also note that the firmware upgrade takes about 20 minutes.

Great sound quality, works well with Bluetooth enabled devices, and love the wireless functionality.

Superb audio, AC like no other... I have others headphones but this is teh best by far!!!

Great headphones, echoing everything else folks say on here. I use them regularly for calls in crowded coffee shops and they are fine for audio quality. Absolutely fantastic for air travel. Unfortunately they started crashing and shutting down and I had to warranty them out. The service department kept insisting I factory reset my headphones, even when I indicated I had already tried that multiple times. Third time contacting support they finally agreed to a warranty replacement. The support tech couldnt enter in a DPO address into the system, so now I have to ship them to my parents and wait over a month for a replacement. Not particularly happy with Sony right now.
