Great product, used to replace my 20 year old Spouthco catches.

An exact replacement for a latch in our high end motor coach!

My motor home came with a bunch of these latches and many of them broke, upon close examination I found that they were in fact asian knock offs of this latch. I replaced them all with Southco and that solved all my problems. The knock offs look exactly like these but are made with a cheaper material, when I bench tested them they broke with much less force then these.

Strong latch maybe a little too strong for some doors. It certainly holds doors closed that older catches were allowing to open while on the road.

They break so easy!!

A little difficult to mount but operate great.
