Worked great to replace a broken latch in one of my closets in the RV. I only knock it one star because they really should include screws. Fortunately I had my old screws to re-use, but those that might buy this for a new installation type thing will not have screws.

I bought this as a replacement for another Southco latch that broke after 9 years of use in our motorhome. The previous one was a 5 lb latch, but I decided to upgrade to the 10 lb version to get some extra holding power for the heavy pantry drawer it serves.

Ive used 3 of the six I bought with 100% success directly replacing the existing broken ones. The receivers were all I needed as the hooks were not broken. They are almost identical to the 12 year old ones in the coach... A little bit larger.

Perfect replacement latch for the boat. Just a specified. 10 lbs to pull the door open. Stays shut in some heavy water.

Ordered to replace a broken one. The original was probably 20 years old so hopefully this one will last as long. The two mounting holes were slightly different on the hook piece but the latch matched up perfectly. I just drilled two new pilot holes and attached it in 10 minutes. Hold the bathroom door shut in our RV. Did not come with screws but used the screws from the old one which were in perfect shape.

Exactly what I needed and a direct replacement.

Bought this to keep pan drawer in our RV from opening when traveling dow the road. It solved the problem.
