> 3 dayExcellent tape measure. Having spent years with my cheap B&Q 5m measure, it gave up the ghost. Wish Itd failed sooner as this tape is excellent. Smooth action, extremely clear and legible and the tape is wider than my old one so will extend much further without bending.. I cant recommend highly enough.

> 3 dayExcellent tape measure, very strong so you can measure up to 3 or 4 meters horizontally in the air before it bends. 8m is plenty for me, I usually use 6 meters or less.

> 3 dayThe tape has a silky smooth operation but you need to be careful not to let it retract without slowing it down a bit as the tape will retract at great speed and it caught my fingers until I got used to it. I found the locking slide a bit stiff and it hadnt locked when I thought it had. I had got used to my old tape which had an easier locking mechanism but had stopped retracting after a few years. This is a good quality tape measure and I am pleased with it.
