> 3 dayWhat I love about the Sensei 310 is the shape that fits perfectly in my hand/grip and the silicone grips on the sides make it very comfortable to hold/grip and use for longer periods of time. The matte plastic texture for the body doesnt feel cheap at all and isnt slippery, which is what you would want for a good mouse. I dont know much about all the different sensors in mice, but it is advertised as having a very high-end (optical) sensor and it does feel very precise in games and the software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) I use, so I definitely notice the quality! The mouse wheel is a little bit too stiff to press for my taste because I use it a lot in my games. Because of the way I hold my mouse the front side button is hard to reach and I basically have to move my whole hand to reach it. Kind of disappointing. (see last image) Pros: - Optical sensor - Great shape - Silicone grips on both sides - Doesnt feel cheap - Great durability - Very customizable lighting settings Cons: - Front side button kind of far away

> 3 dayThis is probably one of the best valued mouses I have ever used. Of course the $200 Logitech mouse or whatever is gonna feel better and probably perform better, but who wants to spend that kind of money? For $50, you cant go wrong with this mouse. When I first got it I had been dealing with problems with other mice, such as the scroll wheel not working or the mouse entirely just disconnecting mid-use. When I got this I was astounded by the build quality and feel of the mouse. Its basic. It feels nice. Its not overly-complicated. You get the mouse, with some other cool features, and its plug-and-play. You can download the SteelSeries engine from their website to customize the mouse even more, which is what I did. You can adjust the RGB lighting on the base of the mouse as well as behind the scroll wheel. You can change the DPI settings, so you can have a normal setting and you can have a ridiculous setting at 12000 DPI to spazz out in games and go wild. This mouse is fully customizable, and you can even assign different keypresses with the extra side buttons on the mouse. Overall, during my 1.5~ years of owning this mouse have been great. I havent had a problem since I opened the box and its seamless getting my actions from my mouse to the game. If your budget is like $50, look no further than to get this masterpiece. #notsponsored

> 3 dayVery good mouse. Sensor is actually amazing. I know the company has been quite actively pushing this sensor as this revolutionary, game changing thing, when in reality its basically a hot-rodded Pixart 3360. But whatever they have done is working. This thing is smooth as butter. Its pretty comfortable too. Not like a Zowie, but its close. The tweaking software is pretty unobtrusive and well designed too. I usually dont bother with software, but this one is fine. Some people complained that this mouse didnt have a braided cable, but Steelseries replied saying they chose this style cable for a reason, and thats because it creates less friction when moving around the pad. I tend to agree with this, the cable is light yet strong, and you dont even know its a wired mouse most of the time. My only nitpicks would be that the scroll-wheel isnt as defined as I would like it and the shape is just a LITTLE odd in my hand. But I own this mouse, the Logitech G403, and both an EC1A and EC2A Zowie. This is the best one overall for me. The sensor is just too good and the size is just right.

> 3 dayThe rival 310 is a great mouse. Ive had it for about 3 months now and its has been amazing. The sensor is great, shape is great, weight is balanced. The materials used are great, there is no rattle, but the scroll wheel can be improved. The left-click button is a little looser than the right, but its not noticeable when using the mouse. All around its almost perfect. The only thing the makes this a four star rather than five is the grips. The grips themselves are fine, they do pick up on a little bit of gunk but they still functional well. Recently though, the adhesive has started to wear off, from standard use. Its not anything that serious, nothing a little bit of super glue wont fix. I just wish SteelSeries didnt skimp out on a decent adhesive. Hopefully they use a better adhesive if we ever get an updated version.

> 3 dayI was a bit worried about the photos of the rubber sides coming off. My hands do sweat a lot and I am happy to say that there has been no issue with delaminating or anything like that. After using this mouse daily for 7 months, I am very happy with this purchase. I recommend this mouse 100%.

> 3 dayI got this to replace my Mamba TE. Ive had problems with every razer mouse. This just works. i dont need to calibrate it or anything. None of the problems Ive had with razer. My complaints: it isnt that ergonomic. I think that is because it is ambidextrous. However, I am used to it. I also miss having tilt buttons in the mouse wheel. It is also very light. I actually like a bit more weight in my mouse. You can use the side buttons on the opposite side of the mouse, but it feels awkward. Otherwise, if you want a decent gaming mouse, I would recommend this.

16-04-2025The product looks nice, feels nice to hold, and comes with simple and easy to use software. In gaming its fairly good at what it does, as it is precise, and it performs well at its price point. However, there is a major issue that I have personally had ( as well as many others ) with the product, and that is the product has pretty iffy mouse buttons, particularly the left mouse button. You can find all sorts of people mention this issue if you look online, a specific location is the Steelseries reddit page where you can find many issues mentioning the left mouse button. It seems that SteelSeries has taken cheaper alternatives with the mouse buttons as they spent money on the rest of the device to make it more affordable for consumers and more profitable for them. My particular issue was when trying to hold the left mouse button, in which sometimes the mouse would suddenly click again ( while I was holding the button ) or it just wouldnt receive any input at all. Rarely, the button wouldnt receive any input at all as I continued clicking, and I had just received the product and used it for about a day before I noticed anything, and I had given it the same amount of daily use as I gave every other mouse I own, which are much older and are still fully functional. As a gaming mouse, having that issue makes the device essentially worthless, and it even makes daily use slightly tedious as well. If the mouse worked perfectly fine, then the product would have easily been 5 stars because it does everything it needs to do perfectly. Im fairly disappointed as I previously had positive experiences with this brand in the past but I personally dont think Ill be trying their mice again.

> 3 dayOkay so far the mouse has been excellent no problems what so ever with the mouse. Packaging is defiantly one of the best. - Good - The shape is overall pretty good. The LMB and RMB take a little more pressure than past mice Ive had but I like it. All other buttons are excellent. Plastic texture feels good but others think not. ( Its kinda sticky-ish / rough feeling ) Rubber side is overall good. - Bad - My ring finger and pinky feel weird because (opinion) the right side of the mouse come in too far and shour rather flair out not in. The texture and pattern of the rubber sides makes it slippery at times. - Other - Ive never seen this mentioned anywhere else but I feel like my mouse has a little bit of angle snapping on even though in the software its turned off. That may just be me imagining it but please let me know if you have anything on this.

> 3 dayI really like how this feels in my hand. Usually, computer mice are too small for me, and they get lost in my hand, but this one fits my hand size. Its good for gaming since it has the standard two side buttons, plus a dpi button on the top. The software that comes with it is pretty neat, too, though I havent fully explored it. My only problem is that sometimes the left click will click twice when I only clicked once. Other than that, I have liked everything about this mouse. Including the mouse wheel, which I have had bad luck with mouse wheels in the past.

Greater than one weekThe mouse is solid for the price. Im right handed, and wouldnt of purchased the mouse had I known it was ambidextrous. There are side buttons on the right that are annoying and easy to accidently hit with normal use.
