Just used it for the first time. Studs on front of suitcase are already falling off. Not cool. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LUGGAGE!

After shopping luggage online and multiple local stores, I bought this set of luggage in the teal for my daughter for Christmas. I was looking for something durable and classy. I had a hard time deciding between the black or teal. Went with the teal for easy spotting amongst other luggage at the baggage claim. She travels a lot in her job. The luggage arrived securely packaged in one large box with each piece of luggage inside the other. The luggage is a beautiful set from the tan trim to the tassels. So six flights later, multiple baggage handlers and airports, this luggage has held up very well so far and my daughter says she loves it! The spinner wheels are so nice and they spin really well. Great price for a good looking set of luggage. So glad I made this purchase! You will not be disappointed.

This luggage is a solid set. Well made and the color was nice and bold; theres no way Im missing my luggage when I travel again. The spinners and zippers are very sturdy and the material is high quality. Highly recommend.

After one trip luggage is pretty beat up. Leatherette taps torn off. Dirt and scuff marks very visible. The large bag is too large.

Beautiful luggage set with great detail!

Bought this for my wife and is the best set of luggage yet. Very well made and stylish will be easy to find in luggage conga line. Expandable feature is really nice to have as who knows what shell try to jam inside for that extra stuff to pack.

Baggage handlers throw bags around making handles inoperative. I contacted Steve Madden Customer Service and although they are very polite they are going to put it off on the airlines baggage handlers. Nice luggage but it has a design problem.

First trip on an airline and the handle is broken. It won’t push in. Apparently the rod got damaged during transport. Also, take all the cute tassels off or they will rip off. Green color got very dirty and won’t come clean. This is a nice set if you aren’t going to fly with it. If you are going to fly with it, expect it won’t look the same again.
