Greater than one weekThe cards and envelopes are cute, but its not the best watercolor paper. The absorbance is okay, though not fantastic if you want very watered down colours. The paper warped quite significantly after watercolor painting, and so the cards cetainly dont look professional.

Greater than one weekThese cards are just the right size for making my own greeting cards. They are very sturdy. I have used them for different kinds of art materials. I have used them for years.

> 3 dayHighly recommend. They are a good size for a low commitment piece of work and is better than most non 100% cotton paper I get in pads. I get stage fright when I am presented with a large piece of 100% paper because the pressure is ON to produce something beautiful. Here, there is none of that but the paper is still a joy to paint on.

> 3 dayI enjoy using these watercolor cards. I do a lot of watercolor, and regular card stock does not handle the water well. But these cards are sturdy and handle the water great. I love the size as well because they offer opportunities for wider paintings. They also make unique cards to send.

> 3 dayLove these postcards, I definitely will order again. I used watercolor paints on a few and with some I used acrylic paints, the card weight worked excellent with both mediums. I ordered this size on a whim and found they are just right for a quick little card that you dont wish to elaborate on tiny fine details. I did insert them in envelopes for mailing so uncertain at this time as to how well they would post in the mail. The paper is white, not a bright blue white but not an ivory white either. I sealed the paintings with a gloss varnish, the cards did not wrinkle nor curl, I painted edge to edge without taping the cards down nor did I prep the card with primer.

> 3 dayWatercolors, even very wet washes, work very well on them. Not as good quality as my Arches watercolor paper, but not bad. They will accept some scrubbing, but fibers lift and make lifted passages look a bit muddy. However, if you get in and get out without to much overworking, theyre fine. The 100% rag, cold pressed surface is nice to work on, and having them all cut and scored for folding is really handy.

> 3 dayStrathmore WAS a brand that I trusted and reached for time and again. This last batch of cards is a disappointment. At least a dozen of the cards are NOT scored in the center and ALL are scored on the wrong side of the grain so folding at the score line and burnishing does NOT yield a card that lays flat. Otherwise, its the same great, heavy weight card stock at accepts ink beautifully.

> 3 dayThese were perfect for water-coloring handmade cards for my Etsy shop. I used both watercolors and black pen on them and they worked great. The cards are made of high quality thick water color paper and they have a pre-folded middle for an easy fold. Great price. Only complaint is that the envelopes arent very thick and are see through. To me, this wasnt a big deal because the cards were so high quality. I definitely will be purchasing them again for my shop.
