This is a fantastic light. Extremely bright and compact. It does get hot pretty quickly, so I would think it is better for intermittent use than constant.

Very bright light. However, battery life is minimal. It gets expensive especially if you use it a lot like I do. Gets VERY HOT when you use it for over a couple minutes which gets difficult to hold.

I would like to update my previous review. I gave it 3 stars because the strobe didnt work. However, I installed new 18650 battery and everything works now. So, I updated to 5 stars.

Absolutely would buy again. I currently have this on my AK on a flashlight mount. That being said Ive kept it on factory settings. And its held up and stayed on the mount when it had a mis hap and went down a flight of stairs.

I love my light

Works great . I’ve never had a problem with the dozens of streamlight flashlights that I have except for one. It’s a weapon light 5 years old and I dropped the rifle on a rock and broke the switch/ battery cover. Emailed streamlight and sent them a photo. 3 days later a new cover showed up at my house. You can buy streamlight without worrying they will take care of you if you do run into problems. As a plus streamlight is cheaper than surefire and streamlight doesn’t donate money to anti gun politicians.

I thought I ordered this with the rechargeable battery, but apparently I didnt because it came with the 2 non-chargeable batteries. I cant tell from looking at the order because it is set up as an option. I wish the product was set up as two separate items, one with regular batteries and one with the rechargeable batteries.

I have been buying Streamlights since the 1980s. I had their original big light of 25k candle power and other smaller lights since then. This is the most powerful light I have ever carried on my duty belt. I have worked a lot of night shifts in my career and this light is great. The battery life is decent, the light is bright, and the strobe is disorienting for bad guys who get lit up at night. I highly recommend this light if your life depends on seeing at night.
