Sulky 8.5x11 stabilizer, 8.5 x 11 12-Pack, White

This is a great option for detailed embroidery pieces that may be hard to trace using other methods. But it’s not one I see myself using frequently. It was hard to push the needle through and left my fingers and needle sticky. For being so sticky, it didn’t stick well to linen. Not a bad buy, but my embroidery was less enjoyable while using it, so I ended up free-handing the rest of my piece. Will definitely use again if there’s something I can’t trace or free hand easily!

what I like most is the fact you dont have to trace patterns for hand embroidery any longer! You just put a sheet in your copier & print out the design. remove the backing to reveal the sticky part, put it on your fabric & embroidery. when done, just rinse your item & all the trace of the sulky goes away. amazing! of course if your pattern is larger than the sheet, just use more sheets & as you stitch your embroidery, add the different sections & continue on. I also trim off the sections without the designs & you can use the pieces in future projects. this is very sticky & holds itself in position quite well. I have not had any problem with the sulky moving. since the sulky will disappear you can always change the pattern to suit you & no one will be the wiser! I have not had any problems with my needle gumming up at all, but if you do use wipe the needle with a little rubbing alcohol & you are good to go. I also have not hand any residue from the sulky on my fabric.

Love this product. I’m new to embroidery and have used this to print pictures on to embroider, making the learning process easy. I ONLY use a hoop smaller than the page so that it stays taught as I’m stitching. Tip 1: I have is to clean the needle as soon as it gets tougher to stitch- the ‘glue’ builds up on your needle and just needs cleaned off! Tip 2: I take my project out of the embroidery hoop and rinse. I don’t use soap! Any tough spots I lightly rub with my fingers. Then lay flat to dry and put back in the hoop!

The product works great and just as described. I love using it for my embroidery!

This is a great product. I was having a problem transfering my embroidery patterns and this product solved the problem. You can even print on the sheets. Very easy to use, I will buy again.

Worked great as pumpkin stencils. A bit pricey but worth it.

I was skeptical when I ordered this. I thought it would be too thick or too sticky, but I was wrong! Great way to create your own designs without the hassle of tracing & transferring. It does have a thickness to it and you will want to use a sharper needle to make sure youre getting through without stretching the paper or fabric. Absolutely easy to remove. Couple of swishes in warm water, little rubbing here and there and its gone! I will buy this again!

I purchased this self adhesive and then learned that there are some counterfeits out there that might ruin your project and not dissolve. I tested the product before I started my project and was so pleased that it dissolved just as it should!!!

It works amazing and it super easy to print on and remove when project is finished

This stabilizer works great. It holds the material in the embroidery machine with no slipping. I used it to float the material on the frame to prevent distorting the fabric. The only problem I had was removing it from my embroidery frame. It washed off the fabric easily.
