I like the angled L part which makes it easy to grab. The rubber bottom doesnt slide on the leather that I cut. Wish I would have had this years ago.

really like this straight edge ! accurate , straight and easy to read. love the non-slip backing on it , when you push down it flattens out and does not slip making it great for marking or scribing a long distance when you are leaning over a panel . like i said , wish i would have always had one !! now i am trying to find a nice case for it to protect it.

I have a full set that has one of each length straightedge. This is very user-friendly tool. It is easy to pick up, easy to hold, and accurate enough for all of my woodworking uses. Ive not had any markings wear off, but should it happen, I would buy the same product again. There really is no direct competitor that offers the same features. I hang all of the straightedges on the shop wall, close to each other. Easy to reach, easy to use, woodworking doesnt get much better than that.

the perfect straight edge for cutting with a knife. The rubber grip underside holds well to the surface with light pressure so the straight edge does not slip and ruin your cut. The finger guard makes this so much safer then using a rule. Ill have to get in a couple of different sizes.
