A day after uploading the latest Apple update, my 2021 iMac shut down and would not restart. Brought it to the local Apple Store Genius Bar. They told me the Teamgroup installed memory would not work with the latest update. They removed the Teamgroup memory cards (2 X 16GB) and it works fine now. Only using Apple products from now on. ****Follow Up!**** I contacted teamgroup directly and their response was we dont handle refunds, Contact Amazon to address this issue. Amazon just refers me back to Teamgroup. Do not buy anything from Teamgroup, there is zero customer service and you will be stuck with a product that is not compatible with Apple.

Great product, easy to install

Tried single banked/ranked SODIMMs before and it didnt work. These ones, dual ranked/banked, do work. QNAP runs stable.

Was hesitant at first purchasing this RAM as the price seem too good to be true and it wasnt a name brand manufacture.

I have a Geekom Mini It8. Popped out the two 8Gb sticks and popped in these 16Gb sticks. Fired the little mini back up, which seemed to be faster, and Windows 11 said I had 32Gb of ram. It seems I got what I payed for at a very reasonable price. Thanks, I like getting a good product for a reasonable price.

This is a great product for the price and very easy to install. Just remember to get DDR4 so that it fits newer laptops. Delivery was fast so I didnt have to wait.

The installation was easy and the memory works without problems. Granted this is written within a few days of installation and I hope it continues to perform as expected. The actual memory chips are from Micron.
