Easy to install in a legion y540. Works like it should

Upgraded a single SODIMM 8gb HP 15 I5 to a 16gb with this paired kit. All the reviews said its smarter to put in new paired and not a single 8 and hope to match latency and voltage.... the BIOS registered the change by itself and the laptop now flies with 16gb.... a small investment to make a mediocre lappy run like a champ.

I got this for my laptop and it is just as good as the one stick i already had in there. Just be sure to match the speed of any existing memory. Also If you get Faster memory, its backwards compatible with most other sticks.

I bought these 2x8gb to upgrade my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 since it came with 2x4gb only two slots avilable. Bought friday afternoon and recieved in Colombia 4 days after. Just installed and now I can easily work between the adobe suit and the web browser with no slowdowns. Props and thanks to Amazon and the seller. So far so good.

Great product, easy to install

I installed the ram into one of my older computers upgrading from 4GB to 32GB. What a big improvement! I was a little worried about buying the ram since I was not familiar with the company. I must say it works great and was cheaper than the other brands.
