> 24 hourLove this vac. I can feel when the suction changes-when increasing. Love that you see the level of dirt. I have long blonde hair and a dog-theres no wrapping the beater bar. Any other vac the beater bar has my hair all wrapped up, not this.

> 24 hourI never write reviews, but I will cause this was the smartest decision we made since we got a white husky malamute added to our house. Never experienced greatness until I could voluntarily vacuum ten times a day with no complaints. Great customer service too!

> 24 hourI have owned Dyson products for several years. The costs of Dyson products would indicate an exceptional level of quality, right? Not so, I find. Finally, after not being able to repair my current Dyson V11 any longer I have decided to look elsewhere. So, I thought I need to look for a better quality product. After reading a whole mess of reviews, I decided that Id get the Tineco Pure. Nowadays, the industry has certainly improved. I wanted to find a vacuum with a high level of quality and a reasonable cost. Im actually looking forward to vacuuming my floors. They are mostly hard surface with some area rugs. The Pure S11 handles the fur and particles my four cats and I leave laying around each day. The S11 handles things very well at a level equal to that of the Dyson. The product is better made in my opinion and repair parts are plentiful. The vacuum looks really nice and is so much lighter than the Dyson. And quiet? Amazingly so. The Dyson sounded like a small jet engine all the time, let alone on maximum suction. The Tineco doesnt even bother the cats. Im amazed. Issues are that the battery slowly wears down. It apparently does not hold a consistent charge during use. The suction gradually gets weaker the longer it runs. Another issue that is confusing to me is that it will attach itself to area rugs like a leach and to move the vacuum over the rug is quite difficult. Due to the suction. On my bathroom floor, it will really bog down over the linoleum. Its like it wants to attach itself to the floor. Over regular hard floors or carpet, it works fine. Cant explain this. Suggestions to Tineco: Make the trigger be for max suction when you need it. As an on/off switch, it is not very handy. The always on lever is much more useful. Either improve or discontinue the app. Not very helpful and very glitchy (I use an iPhone). If you are wondering, go for it. You, if you are a reasonable person, you will find it a pleasant experience.

> 24 hourUnit works great, but when we first opened up the box the vacuum was used. There was hair in the heads and dust and dirt in the container. Sad that paid for a new unit and got a used one. Unfortunately I purchased this for my camp and did not open it until after the return period was over.

> 24 hourUnit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.

> 24 hourBattery on my Dyson V7 was dying so I shopped around for a replacement. Seriously considered buying another Dyson, but wanted to consider newer technology. After 1 month of use, I believe this vacuum is better than the Dyson. It’s nice to have the LED light and especially the trigger lock(unlike the Dyson). The automatic dirt sensor controls the speed of the motor! Lastly, the battery life is excellent!

> 24 hourOverall, product is very good. Lightweight and easy to use with a variety of attachments. When we had a problem with the motor, I called customer service. They went over some basic troubleshooting and determined that the motor was bad and offered to send a new one at no charge. This was all handled in 1 phone call. CS rep was very pleasant. Overall, Id recommend this product to buyers.

> 24 hourI needed a cordless vac for the carpeted stairs in my 4 level condo as well as a mini vac for my car or small cleanups. I read tons of reviews and all seemed to have issues (too heavy or the on/off button had to be manually depressed at all times, for instance). What they all had in common was a short battery life (30 to 40 minutes), and attachments for mini vac needs, furniture, corners, etc. The newest Consumer Reports magazine had just come out and featured vacuum cleaners. The Tineco Pure One-S11 stick vacuum received its #1 rating, so I ordered one. First of all, it looks like something out of a Star Wars movie and is surprisingly light (I weigh under 100 pounds and have no trouble with it). It is also built to twist and turn, so very highly maneuverable when on stairs. It has a lock feature that enables you to leave it on without having to keep depressing the on switch. It also has a high suction feature that runs down the battery faster, but is a great option for deep cleans. It is cleverly put together so can be taken apart easily for clean up, though the instructions were a bit confusing to me initially and I had to rely on my intuitive sense (I am not a big techie - maybe not a problem for most people). Customer service is super nice and go out of their way to help and follow up, if needed. The unit looks big when mounted on the wall and charging, but the extra parts can be stored on the base unit (they click on and off to remove), so out of the way. The filter can be removed after each use and put in a little unit and the vacuum cleans it in seconds - so filter is very easy to clean. I have not purchased a 2nd battery yet, but probably will, along with a long, narrow wand that looks like it might go further into hard to reach places. The charging unit has a place on top that will charge another battery after the one in the unit is fully charged. I couldnt believe what it found on my stairs!! Really a deep clean that made me realize how inadequate my lugging around my corded vacuum was. I think the best feature is that when there is a small amount or light dust, the blue light on the top stays blue - when it encounters more dust/dirt, it turns red, meaning you need to stay on that spot for longer until it goes all blue again - extremely cool and very useful. The only downside is probably not limited to Tineco, but battery life is 30 to 40 minutes and it takes 2 to 3 hours to recharge, and while the clean up is made easier by the filter cleaner, you still need to wipe out the inside plastic components, of which some parts are not that easy to get to. But all in all, I love it and my stairs have never been cleaner! I plan on vacuuming furniture next (couches, etc).

> 24 hourLike it’s easy to use, but not great on carpet…
