Greater than one weekI’ve been using this vacuum cleaner for 4 months now and it is one of the best vacuums I’ve ever bought!! It works great on hard surfaces and carpet.

18-11-2024This vacuum has been super convenient to use in my 500ish square foot apartment. The battery isnt the most capacious ever, so I would want something different for a larger place. The suction is not astounding on my perfect rug but, again, the square footage Im dealing with doesnt make it a good consequence. I have two major pet peeves: 1. There is nothing in place to cut / deal with longer hairs, and the rollers get tangled pretty easily 2. I have to clean the filter more than I would like. I would say every 2 - 3 weeks, vacuuming 2 - 3 times a week. Performance-wise, though - great for small dwellings.

> 3 dayThis is going to sound like the most guy thing ever, but I bought this for my wife for her birthday. The back story is that our very expensive canister vacuum with the two 90 degree turns in the hose was constantly clogging with dog hair which aggravated her (me) no end. So on a whim I looked for reviews on portables that handled dog hair, and this was one of the top rated units. Getting it on sale was a bennie, however when I gave it to her I did feel like it was me getting a tie at Christmas. However, she absolutely loved it as a gift and her attitude towards cleaning now is 180 degrees better (90 + 90 for those who get the joke). Battery charging is a bit different than Im used to, as you have to plug the entire vacuum into the charger instead of just the battery, but after the 20 minutes it took me to figure that out, all is good. Cant recommend this enough if you have issues with dog hair and want a very good battery operated (read: portable) solution. I DO NOT recommend this for the car, aside from that, its great.

> 3 dayI’ve owned them all—Shark, Dyson, and lesser quality brands. I was leery because of all the fake reviews on Amazon these days and all the weird brands. I took the time to write this review to help others—this is the best cordless vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. I have 3 dogs, including 2 retrievers. Heavy shedders to say the least. I’ve used this vacuum now for almost a year under heavy conditions and it works better than my floor vacuum. I use it in my truck, carpet, and hardwood floors. It works outstanding with them all. The battery lasts longer than my Dyson, and the suction is still going strong after almost a year now. When you open the box it tells you about downloading their app, no need to do that if you don’t want—I’ve never done it, and this is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned.

> 3 dayJust as heavy and non-ergonomic as my last Dyson v6. Much MUCH quieter. Excellent suction and cleaning quality. Slightly less maneuverability/flexibility but overall great. Haven’t tried the app yet, probably could have gotten the A-series instead of the S-series because I really don’t plan to.

> 3 dayThis appears to be an excellent vacuum cleaner. It picks up well, has HEPA filtration, easy emptying, light weight, and a nice assortment of accessories. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in some problems I had locating the serial number so that I could register the product. The only problem is that, although the webpage confirmed that my product had been registered, I was unable to login on the iPhone app with the same user name and password. Apparently, login credentials work some places but not others within Tineco sites / apps. But overall, though I havent used the machine long, it is performing well, and is a whole lot better than the old corded, heavy one I had.

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum, great suction, nice attachments, I like the free standing ability. I would but it again. Better than my Dyson, the real test will be how long it lasts before parts start breaking. It is on the heavier side which I would say is its biggest fault. I do like how it makes the battery last longer by sensing more dirt then it uses more suction. Battery at max speed lasts about 20 min, using it with the sensing ability about 50 minutes give or take depending on the amount of dirt you have to pick up. The wireless ability is just a gimmick and Im a teckkie... you play with it the first couple times and then forget it. All in all it cleans nice, gives your arm a workout, would buy again.

Greater than one weekI am very happy with this vacuum. It works very well overall. It is very easy to maneuver and gets into tight spots quite well. It transitions very well from carpet to bare floor. I would rate it five stars overall except for a few, mostly minor, complaints: In addition to the main cleaning head, it has 4 accessories, but the wall mount only has space for 3 The unit can only be charged in the wall mount holder, you cannot plug a charger in directly The charger is underpowered; I put it on the charger as soon as I unpacked it (there was enough charge to test it out) and was not fully charged after four hours. The charger plug is proprietary, and I cannot substitute one of the numerous chargers I have accumulated over the years. The battery appears to be a proprietary design so I cannot substitute one of my 18v or 20v tool batteries. The vacuum only comes with one battery. A spare battery costs $150 which is approximately 2/3 the price of the whole vacuum Looking over this list I wonder if maybe it should be three stars??? Hope this helps

> 3 dayInitial concern was for handling it with a hand that has some issues. Moving on, it works great and I have adapted. Do wish it would stand on its own. Getting the dust bin off was a chore and directions not helpful. Came with a card that said one would get a special gift for registering. Have not seen anything yet.
