16-11-2024I can gladly say that I am much more likely to vacuum since I purchased this stick vacuum. The freedom of not having to schlepp around a heavy vacuum and plugging it in is phenomenal! It even has enough power to get all my hardwood floors vacuumed on full power before washing them. It is a fairly lightweight device and handles great. Having two separate heads for hardwood and carpet is almost required and you should make sure to use the right one for the job. The charging station mounts neatly to the wall but I wish there was a mount for the second head. Emptying the bin and cleaning it is straight forward. What I do not like too much is the suction power. It is great at picking up hair and dust but even small debris often gets pushed aside rather than picked up unless you hit it at exactly the right angle. But thats about it! I feel my house is a lot cleaner since I started using this vacuum, simply because it is so much more convenient than a corded counterpart.

> 3 dayThe vacuum by itself is great. Works very well on hardwood floor. My only complain would be the battery it lasts less than 30min and takes a lot of time to recharge. Besides that the product overall works great.

> 3 dayVery easy to use, good suction, and a nice variety of attachments. I have used primarily on hard floors. It’s so much easier than a vacuum with a cord!

> 3 dayThis review is for Tineco Pure ONE S11 Tango which is difficult to find as the listings/names keep changing (today the word Tango is left out but I got the soft roller as well as the brush head for carpet) Im happy with the look, the feel of the build quality, and basic performance. I have not yet used the app, not sure I will. I am comparing it to the Simplicity S65 which Ive had for over 2 years so here are the differences, most of which are negative: 1) The tube is shorter than the S65 and even though I am only 55 tall it feels too short for me. 2) To turn it on and leave it on requires 2 hands - you have to pull the trigger and while HOLDING THE TRIGGER you must use your other hand to move a switch to lock the trigger. This is stupid. The trigger should be a toggle. That locking switch feels a little flimsy to me. 3) The button to open the dustbin feels flimsy. At first I thought it wasnt working but you have to push it harder than you think you should and then it will release. 4) The filters seem like theyre going to be a pain. There are 2 filters - 1 metal, 1 cloth. There is actually a tool you attach to the vacuum to clean the filter. Dear God. No one wants to spend that much time on regular maintenance for a vacuum. If I cared that much about my air quality I wouldnt have pets. 5) The joint where the head attaches to the pole has a big elbow joint that doesnt allow you to reach low under furniture - the head pops a wheelie and loses contact with the floor unless you rotate the pole 90 degrees - another thing that slows you down and makes it less convenient than the S65. See photos. 6) The roller head seems better built than on the S65 - the strips on the edges that protect your floor appear to be better quality - maybe they wont come off & have to be glued back on repeatedly like on my S65. Lesson I learned is never to use the hard floor roller on carpet or rugs - that will pull those strips off. 7) The vacuum came with a wall mount but a lot of people may not want to use that - if they rent they may not be allowed to make holes in their walls so a floor mount should be an option. I havent mounted mine yet and may not. You can make it work in the floor, but not as easy to get the unit snapped in the charger as on the S65. 8) The mini-brush head has a very gentle brush that it says is for cleaning upholstered furniture or mattresses. The brush is so gentle you could vacuum a babys face with it. I use that small size head to vacuum a carpeted staircase so was very disappointed - this wont be able to do that effectively. Ill keep using the S65 for that job. 9) Have not used it yet, but the dusting tool also has brushes that are very short and not very many of them. I cant imagine this will be effective for cleaning anything. I bought this because I wanted 1 vac per floor of my house and also because these lithium batteries reportedly last less than 5 years so I expect my 2.5 year old S65 to stop working in the next 2-3 years. Consumer reports rated the Tineco Pure One as one of the best cordless vacs.

> 3 dayI ordered this to replace a cordless Miele that I do not like. I live in a small condo (917 sq feet) with only bare floors. After extensive research, I chose this Tineco Pure One S15 over the Dyson V12 Slim Detect mainly because of Tinecos free-standing floor charging/storage base. During the unboxing of the new Tineco, I immediately realized that the hand-held part of the vacuum is too heavy for me to use comfortably as a hand-vacuum, and would also be quite top-heavy for daily vacuuming of the floors. I also noticed just from holding the hand-held segment briefly, that the hand-grip area is small and not ergonomically designed. It caused discomfort just in the short time I held it during the partial unboxing, because my average sized hand made contact with two hard plastic protuberances during a normal grip. I could not imagine vacuuming for 15 minutes like that. I did not bother to finish the unboxing, and never fully assembled or tested the vacuum. The quality of the parts seemed adequate, and if not for its weight and the uncomfortable hand grip, I would have looked forward to fully testing the vacuums function. But since I already decided I was not keeping it, I didnt want to use it and return a vacuum with cat hair in it. (Please note if you need to return this machine, you must completely repackage it for shipping, print a label, take it to UPS, and wait up to 30 days for a refund. It is not a simply drop-off return like most Amazon purchases.).

> 3 dayInitial concern was for handling it with a hand that has some issues. Moving on, it works great and I have adapted. Do wish it would stand on its own. Getting the dust bin off was a chore and directions not helpful. Came with a card that said one would get a special gift for registering. Have not seen anything yet.

22-11-2024I have a A11 hero which I bought several years ago. It has worked beautifully; however, I now own a dog who is a shedder. I needed something stronger. From my previous experience, another Tineco was a for sure. My new has much stronger suction and is picking up dog hair just great. The design is very similar to my previous vacuum. Being familiar with the design made it so much easier to get the vacuum up and running quickly.

> 3 dayUnit died after 4 months and out of warranty. It has clean brand new filters and battery, but will no longer turn on. Used it for general maintenance. Now its a an expensive lemon. Update: Contacted Customer Service and product was actually under warranty. Following some troubleshooting, determined the motor unit was defective. They replaced the motor unit and unit is working as described. Appreciate the quick turnaround and love the product for my hardwood floors.
