It says that this is a one year supply for this type of filter, only most the fish tanks that use this filter take two at a time which cuts this down to only a 6 month supply.

Ok - everyone needs these if you have that kind of filter so buying them in this bigger pack has saved me almost $20 last month buying them individually at the pet store.

These do a good job of keeping my 5-gallon tank very clear and clean.

Bought a 12 pack for the year, but the filter system to the fish tank I have is not as powerful as most, so Ill need to replace them 2X a month instead of once a month. Holding up ok for that time.
