When it arrived, the Amazon packaging was fine, but the original box that the filters were in was ripped, bent, and open. I had to use packing tape just to put it back together enough to store it in my cabinet.

Ugh, so hard to track these filters down for whatever reason. It really bothers me they charge so much but it is the best filter for my fish tank. When it arrived the box of filters inside of the package was pretty beat up (bent, loose packaging) and some of the filters had bent tabs at the top but they still work. ALSO, this is not a year supply, many tanks use two of these filters at a time and they should be rotated every month or so.

I had trouble finding these filters at the pet store. So many different types on the shelf. It’s nice to just plug in the filter name, order online, and receive in 2 days. Perfect fit for our beta fish tank.
