I purchased these filters for my sons beta fish tank which is made from the same brand top fin. First off all these filters seem to be hard to come by. I cannot find them in local pet stores at all. Thats how I ended up here. I changed the water replaced filters and on the 4th day the water was nasty starting to get cloudy. By day 7 water was green. I decided to clean and treat throw those filters out and use 2 more filters keep in mind I purchased 12pk of filters so that is 4 used in a two week period. I am currently in the process of using another 2 because they are not working. Pet store recommended changing tanks and brands because they have been hearing negative feedback also. Will not purchase again.

Works well in my tank and I only have to change out once a month. Would recommend.

I have a 10 gallon tank. I change the filter about every other month. It seems to prolong my cleaning. Which is a plus, in my book!

I have one betta in a 3.5 gallon tank. My filter takes two cartridge and I change them out at every cleaning, which is about every 4 weeks. The filters hold up well and actually dont look that soiled at 4 weeks but I change them anyway. I purchased my first box of these back in June 2021 and now on my reorder received the same product.
