The sturdiness of this pegboard is the best I have ever seen. The rigid, wrap around edges are very strong and provide the necessary spacing to allow the pegboard hooks to function without hindrance even if mounted directly to a solid surface. And the indentations around each peg hole help strengthen the panels. My biggest complaint is regarding the size of each of the 3 panels included in this set. At 12” by 24” they do not match the spacing of most wall studs (which are spaced 16” on center) and since these may be carrying a heavy load I don’t like the idea of using drywall anchors for even half of its support. This rules out mounting each of them vertically (as 12” W by 24” H) unless you happen to have studs spaced 12” OC. This means that the only orientations they can be used is either as (1) three horizontal panels stacked vertically attached across two studs (covering a combined 36” H by 24” W), or (2) with the ends being “floated” between studs creating a long horizontal form 3 panels wide (covering a combined 12” H by 72” W). In my case I am going with this last option and will place hooks along the top edge for short items and hooks for long objects near the bottom (so that they actually hang mostly below the bottom edge of the pegboard). A second problem I discovered was a bend in the middle of one edge of one panel as shown in my photo. Strangely this was the panel sandwiched in between the other two panels in the well padded carton they were shipped inside. The outer box was not damaged at that point, so I am left to assume that the damage was done at the manufacturing facility prior to it being packaged. It isn’t significant enough to warrant replacement, but it calls into question their overall quality control.

Very sturdy and durable. Made of metal and easy to install. This is super useful and saves a lot of space.

I am superbly happy with these TORACK metal pegboards. Peg hooks slide in and out with ease and stay put. Being alloy steel they will hold plenty of weight when needed. The holes are 1 on center and all of my peg hooks fit perfectly. I did some quick price checking and found almost any 2 x 3 metal pegboards are priced over $100. Metal is more expensive than hardboard pegboards, but you can mix these metal pegboards for heavy items with particle board for small tools and accessories. With all the tools I have, I am very happy to find reasonably priced metal pegboard and definitely want more.

We were looking for storage ideas for my wifes craft room, and came across these panels. She was wanting to redo her storage, and did not want to use a wood pegboard, so these fit the bill. They came in a box well protected, and there were no scratches, scrapes, or dings on any of the panels. They were easy to install, and they fit the peg bins, hooks, and shelves that my wife had purchased previously without an issue. The panels are strong, so there has been no issue of the panels bending or breaking, but my wife over filled one shelf that had plastic hooks, and the shelf broke, but did not harm the metal pegboard at all. These are great for the craft room, but after seeing them, I am thinking about ordering some for my garage, I just need to get rid of some stuff first to make room on a wall.

I like these panels because they are complete you just screw them into the wall. With wood ones you have to attach a spacer to the back to allow space for the hooks to be installed/removed. These will be easy to install and handy in my garage.

These are sturdy, good heft, and I was surprised to see that all the edges were clean and no sharp bits left on them. Mounting them was okay with my setup since I was mounting them onto 3/4 lumber I have on my shop walls. So I didnt need to worry about the spacing between normal studs. Otherwise be mindful of the weight youre planning to put on these. My issue with them is this says it fits all 1/4 and 1/8 hooks. This doesnt fit any of my older 1/4 hooks. Now there are some newer lighter feeling 1/4 hooks that I have that will fit, but none of the older one will. All of the 1/8 fit but it does seem like if you only have 1/4 hooks that youve had for years its going to be an issue. If youve just got newer cheaper ones then this should be fine 1/4 and 1/8.

These are nice looking, sturdy and well made pegboards. I have them mounted behind my workbench and they are a great addition for organizing my tools. the only improvement I would suggest it screw holes in the edges so they can be joined together.

These metal peg boards are well-made and heavy. The size of the panels gives the user a lot of versatility in configuring them.

In the past I have had some pressed board peg boards. Thise are way more durable. I actually mounted them to a 1×3 so they could handle more weight than using the included hardware. My biggest challenge is crafting the most useful lay out. It does not come with any hooks so be aware. Now I just need to figure out where to put another set.
