> 3 dayIn the interest of full disclosure, as a trusted and unbiased Amazon reviewer, I was able to request this product free of charge. Nicely made racks, heavy weight and durable. Clean finish. There is a rolled edge on the top and bottom. There are no welds in any of the corners that I can see; however, this doesnt matter as these are plenty strong. These do not accept 1/4 inch hooks. I have some hooks that measure 3/16 of an inch and although these will insert into the holes, they will not make the bend in order to be used. These racks work fine with 1/8 inch hooks only. When mounted, the distance from the wall is approximately 11/16 of an inch - more than adequate spacing to insert your hooks. A nice product just wish they accepted 3/16 - 1/4 inch hooks.

> 3 dayThe powder coating is even and thick enough to be durable. The hole spacing is spot-on. I will be installing these into a wooden frame and they will become the focal point of my home wood shop. I had never thought about using metal peg-board before but I am so glad I found these. Granted, they arent as inexpensive as traditional pegboard but that stuff is getting pricey too. If you want to show off a tool collection of simply want a better than average pegboard to put your chisels, you found it.

> 3 dayThese metal pegboards worked well for my needs, I put them up in my office to store/organize some of my music gear. Install was pretty straightforward if you have the ability to use a level, drywall screws, and drill. I have attached a photo for reference, though mine is not quite complete yet, I plan to add another shelf at the top to store more gear like picks, tuners, fretboard cleaner/polish, etc. Works with standard size pegboard accessories, I prefer the metal pegboards since it comes ready to install without the need for furring strips. (In other words, it’s already an inch or so off the well so you can utilize the accessories right away), and of course the metal ones are more durable and more aesthetically pleasing. Comes with everything you need to install, except the necessary tools. Hope this helps!

16-11-2024These Torak metal pegboard panels are good quality. I am finishing out the interior of my workshop with various storage and organizing products, and these are a good addition. The metal is heavy duty and should hold up to just about any application you have. The panels are nicely finished and there are no burrs or other imperfections. 1/8” peg hooks fit easily, but it is a tight squeeze for 1/4”. Fairly priced.

> 3 dayWe are installed these into a a shed we are built. These panels are going to be used to store art supplies and tools up on the wall. These don’t come with any pegs themselves so you’ll need to get the ones you need. As stated they use standard 1/4 and 1/8 pegboard hooks and accessories with 1 spacing. Google Pegboard craft organizer ideas and you’ll see some great ones! That’s where our ideas have come from. Since there are 3 separate panels you can stack these on top of each other or in a row. Easy install. Like that these are metal and sturdy.

> 3 dayThe sturdiness of this pegboard is the best I have ever seen. The rigid, wrap around edges are very strong and provide the necessary spacing to allow the pegboard hooks to function without hindrance even if mounted directly to a solid surface. And the indentations around each peg hole help strengthen the panels. My biggest complaint is regarding the size of each of the 3 panels included in this set. At 12” by 24” they do not match the spacing of most wall studs (which are spaced 16” on center) and since these may be carrying a heavy load I don’t like the idea of using drywall anchors for even half of its support. This rules out mounting each of them vertically (as 12” W by 24” H) unless you happen to have studs spaced 12” OC. This means that the only orientations they can be used is either as (1) three horizontal panels stacked vertically attached across two studs (covering a combined 36” H by 24” W), or (2) with the ends being “floated” between studs creating a long horizontal form 3 panels wide (covering a combined 12” H by 72” W). In my case I am going with this last option and will place hooks along the top edge for short items and hooks for long objects near the bottom (so that they actually hang mostly below the bottom edge of the pegboard). A second problem I discovered was a bend in the middle of one edge of one panel as shown in my photo. Strangely this was the panel sandwiched in between the other two panels in the well padded carton they were shipped inside. The outer box was not damaged at that point, so I am left to assume that the damage was done at the manufacturing facility prior to it being packaged. It isn’t significant enough to warrant replacement, but it calls into question their overall quality control.

Greater than one weekI like these panels because they are complete you just screw them into the wall. With wood ones you have to attach a spacer to the back to allow space for the hooks to be installed/removed. These will be easy to install and handy in my garage.
