> 3 dayWe were looking for storage ideas for my wifes craft room, and came across these panels. She was wanting to redo her storage, and did not want to use a wood pegboard, so these fit the bill. They came in a box well protected, and there were no scratches, scrapes, or dings on any of the panels. They were easy to install, and they fit the peg bins, hooks, and shelves that my wife had purchased previously without an issue. The panels are strong, so there has been no issue of the panels bending or breaking, but my wife over filled one shelf that had plastic hooks, and the shelf broke, but did not harm the metal pegboard at all. These are great for the craft room, but after seeing them, I am thinking about ordering some for my garage, I just need to get rid of some stuff first to make room on a wall.

> 3 dayI been wanting a peg board to hang my small tools wire and quick reach items. I didnt like the particle board solution so I got this metal one. Its way more sturdier than the wood ones. Not to mention if my garage rood leaks, the metal will not melt. Ot get damaged too much by the water.

Greater than one weekI have to say I love that they came with the screws AND the anchors, but the holes in the pegboard were too small to insert a pencil into for marking the wall for the drill points. I had to use the pointy end of a long skinny awl to mark the wall. Also I had to employ a bit of trial and error because the diagrams/packaging did not indicate the sizes of drill bits needed for installation. It also mentions you need a hammer but never mentions the hammer being used in any of the text directions. I took measurements (and notes) as I installed the first board to make installing the other two pegboards easier. Ill share those measurements here. For inserting the anchors into the wall I used a 5/16 drill bit. The top far left hole is 11 away from the far right top hole. The top left hole is 22 7/8 from the bottom left hole (and of course the same distance goes for the holes on the far right side. If one or more holes are over a stud, you wont need the anchor. For that hole you would use the 3/16 drill bit. As you can see in my photo, I did not install them immediately next to each other but instead chose to install each of the three in between the tracks for my track mounted shelving system in my sewing room. Now I can use my existing shelf brackets and shelves until I get more pegboard accessories. Definitely recommend them. I can use magnetic hooks, pegboard hooks, etc. I have been wanting pegboard but much preferred the idea of having it be metal.

> 3 dayThese are sturdy, good heft, and I was surprised to see that all the edges were clean and no sharp bits left on them. Mounting them was okay with my setup since I was mounting them onto 3/4 lumber I have on my shop walls. So I didnt need to worry about the spacing between normal studs. Otherwise be mindful of the weight youre planning to put on these. My issue with them is this says it fits all 1/4 and 1/8 hooks. This doesnt fit any of my older 1/4 hooks. Now there are some newer lighter feeling 1/4 hooks that I have that will fit, but none of the older one will. All of the 1/8 fit but it does seem like if you only have 1/4 hooks that youve had for years its going to be an issue. If youve just got newer cheaper ones then this should be fine 1/4 and 1/8.

> 3 dayI like these panels because they are complete you just screw them into the wall. With wood ones you have to attach a spacer to the back to allow space for the hooks to be installed/removed. These will be easy to install and handy in my garage.

> 3 dayThese pegboard panels are made of steel and are very strong/sturdy. Easy to mount with a couple of screws. Strong enough to hold just about anything such as tools, etc. We order this to help organize the basement stairwell with miscellaneous items that need to be kept close to hand.

17-11-2024Good quality well constructed panels. Theyre heavy! Heavy metal construction is a good thing, but in this case you will need to have sturdy walls and studs if you plan to hang heavy tools. They will need the support. They provide 4 large wall anchors with long heavy screws for hanging. The finish is a light flat gray color free from scratches and flaws. They have a standard size hole so you can use a wide variety of peg board accessories. Much easier to install and use than the old flat boards, but they cost quite a bit more, too. A little pricey at 20 bucks each. I dont think I can afford to cover my garage wall like I would have with the old mdf style. They look clean and stylish in my work area.

Greater than one weekIn the past I have had some pressed board peg boards. Thise are way more durable. I actually mounted them to a 1×3 so they could handle more weight than using the included hardware. My biggest challenge is crafting the most useful lay out. It does not come with any hooks so be aware. Now I just need to figure out where to put another set.

> 3 dayThese worked great for what I needed. Hung them up in my garage. Much sturdier than the particle board ones I had.
