> 24 hourWe needed something for our granddaughter, who is transitioning out of her crib. She stayed the night and we have a bunk bed that naturally has a guard rail on the top (not the bottom). The bottom bunk bed has a wooden frame about 3-4 inches high, that holds the mattress in place but offers the sleeper no protection. We needed a bed rail that would fit between the mattress and the wooden bed frame and this one fit perfectly.

> 24 hourFunctionally, this rail seems to work well. I marked it down a star on assembly because it was kind of confusing and the pictures didn’t really help. With that being said, it only took me about 10-15 minutes to figure it out and get it installed on our twin w/ box spring. I had my 3 year old roll around and fall into it multiple times and it appears to do it’s job. Now I just gotta get the toddler to actually sleep in his bed!

> 24 hourReally wanted to like this railing but it’s a 50/50 for me. I like that the materials are sturdy and the railing serves it’s purpose to keep my toddler from falling out her bed. What I don’t like (1) Assembling the product was harder than expected. I read the book and followed the instructions but the parts were not labeled as indicated in the booklet. I had to just use an online pic to figure it out. (2) This product was not made to realistically attach to the bed frame. I tried both options presented and neither worked. The railing was still able to move around or pull off the bed. As you can see in my picture, we had to get strings and tie the railing to the bed frame. That was the only was to keep it firm and secured. (3) The levers to pull down the railing are so hard to pull up. I had to just allow my child to climb over to get out of bed

> 24 hourI am very happy with this product. I’m using it for my 2 yr old granddaughter when she visits. I feel confident that it will keep her safe from falling. I like the fold down feature as we also use this bed for diaper changes and changing clothes etc. it also has a simplistic look and blends in when not in use. I recommend this bedrail.

> 24 hourDidn’t know if it would work with just a metal frame with mattress and box springs but it works perfectly and stays tight!

> 24 hourI set it up on the lower bunk bed for my 2 year old. Just enough space in between the ladder and the rail guard for him to get onto the bed. It’s pretty easy to lower the guard rail if I need to get on the bed with him or to change his diaper. I’m really happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourThis bed guard was perfect for my grandson’s new bed he’s just turned 3 it’s up at night or when he naps and down during the day his bed does not have a bottom mattress yet we were able to still install it very easily this product is definitely worth the money for another child’s safety

> 24 hourI didnt want to buy a toddler bed so transitioned our 2.5 year old from the crib to a standard height twin bed. I bought a pair of the longer rails to keep her from falling out. The rails were easily put together and installed. She has leaned on them to reach for books ect. and they held her weight well. They did become slightly loose from the bed from that but we can easily tighten them to fit more snug along the bed. Im really happy with the look of these and the ability to easily fold down if needed. Great buy.
