Greater than one weekThe product itself is built beautifully and would have been very easy to install and use. However, with the limited measurements provided and the promise of “fitting any bed frame type”, this product does not deliver. My daughter has a recessed mattress within a bed frame with slats. It is a standard size from a major furniture retailer, professionally built. It is impossible to tell from the item description and measurements exactly how recessed the mattress could be before the product will not work, and unfortunately, my daughter’s bed is a bit too recessed. The hinge would have to sit shoved between the mattress and the outer bed frame, compressing the mattress between the rail guards, or otherwise the horizontal support beam would have to bend significantly upwards under the mattress to allow the hinge to sit above the bed frame. I’d recommend the company make it clear in the measurements how much distance there is between the hinge and the horizontal bottom beam for the purpose of a recessed bed. I’d also recommend not advertising the product as “fitting any bed frame type” as that is quite misleading.

> 3 dayWe installed this bed rail for our grandson, on a slatted twin bunk bed. We used the Velcro to attach it to the slats. And the two straps to secure it between the mattress and metal bed frame. It is very secure. Love the fold down feature. Amazing! Easy to assemble. I watched the TotCraft video on YouTube. Highly recommend. Very pleased.

> 3 dayI didnt want to buy a toddler bed so transitioned our 2.5 year old from the crib to a standard height twin bed. I bought a pair of the longer rails to keep her from falling out. The rails were easily put together and installed. She has leaned on them to reach for books ect. and they held her weight well. They did become slightly loose from the bed from that but we can easily tighten them to fit more snug along the bed. Im really happy with the look of these and the ability to easily fold down if needed. Great buy.

> 3 dayI use this to co-sleep and it helps me feel more confident my baby won’t roll out of bed. Super easy to assemble! I have a box spring and used the straps that came with it. Great product.

> 3 dayThis rail is exactly what we were looking for. I like that it has options for different bed types which was not available years ago when we had our firstborn. It took me 5 min to put it together and is holding up good so far. I would buy it again.
