> 3 daySurvived a very wet week in Seattle with no issues. The automatic feature is great for getting in and out of cars or buildings quickly and easily. Seems very well made for a fully collapsing travel umbrella. Fits easily in backpack or carry on. I really like this one for traveling.

> 3 dayTotes has a good reputation and this one continues that. Good quality construction. The only thing Id change is less strength required to press open/close button and to push the handle closed.

Greater than one weekIts a very nice umbrella. Sturdy and well made. The open/close mechanism is great. Its wind resistant and doesnt fall apart like cheaper umbrellas do. Its why I insist on buying Totes umbrellas rather than the $5.00 specials I can pick up at the grocery store. You dont save money with a cheap umbrella if it breaks in the first rainstorm when its used. However, the rod holding up the canopy is shorter than I expected, and the umbrella canopy isnt as big as Id like. I am keeping this as a backup in my car and bought the same Totes umbrella in the golf size.

> 3 dayGreat umbrella. I have used it very high winds with no issue. My office is near the shore and winds during storms tend to be much higher than inland. . The umbrella has held up well. Much better than buying the cheap umbrellas at the drugstore and then having then break after two rainstorms.

> 3 daySo far, this umbrella has served me justice given that I live in a region where it rains more than most other areas. The umbrella has been able to withstand the high winds as it boasts, and weve experienced some high winds lately so I am quite impressed with it. I would recommend this umbrella.

> 3 dayMake sure you look carefully at the dimensions. The picture would suggest that it is bigger than it actually is. It is very expensive even for a quality umbrella line like Totes. I will keep it, but will only useful to me when I am traveling and the umbrella has to be stored in a small bag when not in use. I havent tested it yet in the rain and wind, so maybe my assessment will go up once I find that it will not invert in high wind and keeps me relatively dry for the size of the canopy. I still feel that I overpaid.

> 3 dayGood sturdy umbrella. With sturdiness comes heaviness so it’s not ideal if you’re a traveler. I will be purchasing a micro umbrella to throw in my suitcase for travels.

Greater than one weekHave had Totes umbrellas forever. Love the model with the open and close feature. They can last a long time in normal rain use. If you forget it and leave it somewhere dont expect to find it as they are very desirable, finders will be keepers. Have bought replacements when lost. If they break you can send them to totes for repair or replacement. Also interesting fabric patterns. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI got this to use on my daily commute to NYC. It fits nicely in the side of a back pack sleeve and isnt something you have to lug around. It is well made, but like all umbrellas I break it was caught on a windy day, went inside out and became a bunch of parts. Lesson learned till the next windy day. Totes sent me a new one, but eventually that one met the same fate. Good for commuting.
